Sixfields won't be happening whether the CVA gets signed or not. This meeting has been arranged from high up, as high as Government. Remember last week the Minister of Sport no less agreed to talk to the FL/FA and also remember Bob Ainsworth told Paul Appleton to prepare to stand aside, both have happened. I believe there is more to come.

Wow a conspiracy theory..

I think that summising is more to do with TF completely swerving that question and not giving any answer when given the opportunity to put fans minds at rest over the issue of whether we would be paying rent to SISU if a new stadium was built rather than any conspiracy theory Rob.

Be gentle with him.

If you try to persuade him of anything he gets really upset.....

Perhaps the reason SISU have done a complete about turn, despite Fisher consistently saying that a return to the Ricoh was out of the question, is that season ticket sales are really dire, and far below what they projected. At the forums Fisher talked of, worse case scenario of 3000 gates. However if the season ticket sales are only in the low hundreds, then very shortly the football world will be able to judge for themselves the utter folly of his decision.
Presently fans can only guess what level of support Fisher has been able to attract, in a little over 2 weeks everyone will be able to judge properly the success or failure of his groundshare.
If the gates at Sixfield are 3-4000 then Fisher, can reasonably claim some limited 'success', however if the opening gate is below 1000, then the cash flow projections for SISU would be pretty horrific, stretching out for years to come.

sounds very like yourself

Exactly what I was thinking Cloughie although resisted using the standard pot.kettle.black! I think it's very hypocritical when you get people who try and push their opinions on others without having any inside knowledge or indeed facts, lecturing others for doing the same whatever the standpoint.

If you can not put a better argument than that of a kid in a school playground, please do not reply to my posts. Thanks

I am not repeating myself again, my opinion is in earlier posts on this thread

now if this was someone accusing someone of being timmy boy there would be outrage from the select few

There's a difference between calling someone a person who attracts hatred from just about every single person I know compared to questioning someone on there opinion who's fault the ruin of the Football Club is.

But CCFC will not own the ARENA, SHITSU will. And before you say it's the same thing it isn't. What it is is that SHITSU own the football club that plays in their ground. You can guarantee that they will charge CCFC for playing there, take ALL the profit from the food & beverage and charge the club for anything it can including office space properly. Yes them owning the ARENA is going to be great for the club, MY ARSE
