1. We lose 15 points.
2. There will be further investigation into CCFC Ltd
3. CCFC Ltd may/will be liquidated meaning ACL get nothing or next to nothing.
4. While we remain in Admin Fl have said no Ground share however they are likely to back track as long the games go ahead.

How can talks about whether the club will return to the Ricoh. Depend on the CVA getting signed first.

You cannot negotiate about what you want before you negotiate.

It is similar to when you negotiate. You have a position and don't budge. The other side budge until they have enough.

SISU need to seriously look at themselves!!!!

If we started the season on +15 points we would struggle to stay up with the state the club is in. League 2 football is a dead cert next season if we don't get liquidated first.

I'm sure Sisu will have enough skeletons in the cupboard to hang themselves so roll on the investigation so we can finally get our club back in what ever state it will emerge

Delighted if it means a deeper investigation into what has been going on.
Delighted also if it implicates the FL in being utterly spineless as an organisation that is barely worthy of that description.
This could be the start of something big for the whole game. Well done ACL!

Yep -15 points
No chance of returning to the Ricoh
Prolong admin and embargo meaning no new signings
SISU will likely still be in charge

Feckin brilliant

Jesus Christ, "well done ACL" that comment sums you up. You're an utter disgrace. You do know any hope of playing at the Ricoh is gone if this is true, but that obviously doesn't bother you

It'll be a close cut thing, but this COULD be a saviour, if SISU get outed because of their dodgey finances spending a year in league 2 wouldnt kill us. (also considering we nearly survived the championship using mostly our academy i think we could survive league 1)

although liquidaton is a possibility which aint as cool

As far as I can see:

Accept CVA:

- Start on zero points.
- Come out of admin and can begin signing players in a month's time.
- Perhaps see ACL and SISU on some reasonable business relationship that could lead to CCFC at the Ricoh.
- SISU retain control of the club.

Reject CVA:

- Start on -15 points.
- Remain in admin for longer and see no new signings for a long time.
- See any chance of a return to the Ricoh all but disappear.
- SISU retain control of the club.

If I'm missing something incredibly obvious let me know, but I see absolutely nothing to suggest this is anything but terrible news for CCFC fans. Sure, rejecting the CVA means an investigation but what are people expecting to come of that? As administration experts SISU will deal with situations like this on a daily basis. I can't see them making such a glaring oversight that they will have left open the possibility of being removed from the club on anything other than their own terms.

Sorry to sound downbeat, but this makes the whole thing a hell of a lot worse, not better.

But investigation a very good thing!

We'd only know if that was true after any investigation.

The same as we'll only know if there's any cause for a judicial review after the application is heard.

We haven't had any good news since we've been in admin....fear the worst. ...anybody who thinks not signing the cva will be of any benefit is in for a big shock....things will get alot worse....we'll just about stay up with the squad we've got.start on - 15 and relegation is a cert.league two and sisu/otium still here. The whole going into administration will be a complete waste of time.hate sisu but acl/ccc could have stopped this months ago.

Well true, but there have been rumblings.

Like you, I would like to see the investigations go a long way back further.

What is the investigation into and who investigates though? If it is the current administrator Appleton who is doing the investigation then it is a pointless exercise.

Surely wouldn't be Appleton would it?

Great post, couldn't agree more

Investigations into possible dodgy dealings by SISU, or whatever they call themselves this year? Ooh! Joy won't like that will she, having the spotlight turned on her empire. Bring it on say I, and maybe, just maybe the FL and/or FA might find a backbone. And maybe Appleton will decide to use all his powers under the Insolvency Act to find out why the auditors signed off accounts that, so we are led to believe, may not have been totally accurate (but they might have been).

S.S. SISU is ready to sail for Northampton with a load of rats and our club in its hold.

Sign the CVA and it sets sail, perhaps never to return.

Don't sign and there is a chance that some of those rats will jump ship and the club can be rescued.

No idea but I doubt any good will come from the investigation, if it does then brilliant I'm ecstatic. If nothing is found then ACL will have forced -15 points on us and ensured the embargo remains for much longer for nothing

If the roles were reversed SISU would be accused of gambling with the future of the club.

Mixed feelings really...Certainly a negative thing for the team in so many ways but if this is the only opportunity we have of unearthing any dodgy or even illegal activities by whoever is running our club then surely that's what all fans who have the club at heart would want. I would've given anything for investigations to have taken place into the actions of BR and others and I wouldn't like to be in the same position again in a few years after SISU inevitably take us further into the abyss....at least there will then be no need for innuendo after innuendo whatever the outcome.

I just want this whole mess sorted.

Guess none of us know the ramifications of all this. Would be nice to hear what aCL have to say as to the reasons for such a decision.

Might be handy to wait until tomorrow, and if it's a full-on rejection... and what happens if it is.

That at least would be true.

The fear as always is whether the 'right' side gets swept up in the collatoral damage.

what happens if no wrong doing comes of any investigation, by then we'll be well and truly screwed. Just can't see any positives from this, it's a big gamble delboy, and like someone said earlier, if sisu played such a gamble they would be accused of jeopardising the existence of ccfc

I agree Otis...I'm sick of it now! I think I've been quite clear as to who I believe are the main culprits in this sorry mess but I just get the feeling that both sides are using the fans to get what they want and feck what happens to us or the club...it's just so frustrating watching the club being torn apart and not being able to do anything about it.

Agree with you about it being a gamble and the most frustrating thing is we won't know if it was a gamble worth taking until it's all over and the dust settles. What makes me very angry is that both sides are gambling with the very future of our club and I question their moral right to do that...one thing playing 'hard ball' in business but when they're using the emotional ties of fans to get what they want then for me that is unforgivable.

The delight that some people take out of this is truly astounding

No not quite astounding! just a bit more than astonishing I'd say!

fans of any other club would be baying for blood from whoever the landlord was! Not defending them!
If ACL had a team Half of this lot would support them!
wait a minute! Half already support ACL WITHOUT a team!

WHO needs a team!

:pimp:
