Surely it must be sorted today because if the golden share isnt issued today we cant kick off tomorrow?

If it goes back to Holdings then really we shouldn't get a further sanction as, especially now, it is distinct from Ltd. Our friends at the League won't see it the same way despite having been totally spineless up to this point.

I assume this is in reply to me valiant, do you not think if the Ricoh is brought by SISU in stages that it gives them a way to leave and sell, let's say they can buy 20% every 2 years id say there would be no chance they will be here for 10 years so if they have part of the Ricoh surely there more likely to leave and sell up as they actually have something to sell? I'm with you I'd never want SISU to have full ownership but I'd sacrifice part of the Ricoh in order to get rid of the crooks

The thing is though, once they had some kind of ownership would they sell? Also, do sisu deserve to get some of/all of the arena for peanuts then sell it on for a profit? I don't think they deserve to make a penny after the way they've treated the fans. Sisu are bullies, they should realise that sometimes in business you lose. The sooner they cut their losses and go the better.

Very true, I just think without an option to buy some of the Ricoh nothing will happen in regards to moving back i hope I'm wrong however

CCFC will liquidate, continue to play at Northampton. ACL instigate Byng and co to form a new Coventry team to play at the RICOH starting 2014/2015. New club have 5000 season ticket holders therefore start in the Conference. Either half the ricoh bought outright oir an agreement where depending on promotions determining the stake in which the Club own. CCFC continue to play this season however become insolvent by January and cannot fulfill the fixtures.
RIP CCFC

They could of/should of bought the higgs share when they took over, sisu being sisu didn't want to cough up the money so decided to use underhand tactics to get what they want. It doesn't look like its working though.

Interesting opening remarks from the CT's live coverage of the creditors' meeting:

"Hi, welcome to our liver coverage of the Coventry City Ltd creditors' meeting. It's been a long and tortuous journey for Sky Blues fans so hopefully we will get some kind of a decision - out of administration or liquidation - today. Our man Les Reid is there at the scene as ever to give you the news and reaction first."

Why is Les watching the liver? Is it because our club could do with a serious amount of detoxification?

Even if it had be signed ccfc still wouldn't have come back to the Ricoh that's probably why it was rejected.

So who wins this round? The real losers today are the fans again
