the council have not offered the offer of rent at £150,000 to Otium Ltd trading as CCFC. "we do not want to play football outside of Coventry"

"we will enter into talks with the council but they have not named a negotiator"

Listen to him properly: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01cvdsb

obviously if both sides now calm down and talk properly we will be back in the Ricoh. so chill out guys.

Fisher states a lot of things.

Not all of them are true.

Regardless of his relationship with truth, I'd be happy with an outcome that sees the club remain in Coventry, but quite frankly I'd prefer it if both sides were nowhere near my football club. They have both contributed to this sorry state of affairs and I trust neither of them to do what is best for the football club and its supporters.

I hope I'm wrong about that though.

The practicalities are they're here though, so they may as well meet up.

Hell, I'd even buy them a coffee in the Costa in Waterstone's, or even a Pizza at Pizza Hut if they liked - nice and quiet in there, so nobody would ever see them talking.

I think he's sky blue Taylor under a different username. He was a wanker to. Funny how hes vanished and now this crank has popped up with exactly the same views and writing style.

I've never been one for practicalities, to be fair :)

Their writing styles are nothing alike.

Taylor capitalises his sentences. "True" Sky Blue does not.

Also I found Taylor's longer posts to have well-constructed sentence and paragraph structure. He also wasn't prone to using second-grade pithy mum comebacks.

I think you're being just a little bit paranoid.

Of course a more prosaic explanation for him disappearing could be he'd had his :jerkit: smiley fill for the year...

I think this would be possible to prove. Remember reading something about the provenance of Elizabethan dramatists and the same words kept being repeated over and over. It was considered proof of authorship.

There has definitely been a concerted effort to push forward a certain agenda on here by some. It is so transparent it is actually counter productive. Not that these types even have the wit to clock it.

I would imagine if I were a "copper working in fraud" then I would actually not be easily fooled, as I would assume I would have received a great deal of training in the investigation of fraud.

For once he is right I suspect the deal was never offered to the club.

So you *are* he?

no im not, but if you simply use that formula to make an assumption your up for being conned. if all someone needs to do is assume a new style to convince you it is no longer them for example.. you leave yourself open dont you

Well I was going to ask you both for handwriting samples but that's a bit too personal a request, I feel.

i can assure you it wasnt, it was given to Appleton, he can not deal with negotiation and modifications when acting as a administrator. that deal will be offered to Otium, they will negotiate to 150,000 for 4 year no matter what the league is we are in with a view to re nogotiations in 4 years, or a caviatt of renegotiating should the premier league be reached. we will play our first game at the ricoh if it was just up to sisu/otium - its the council who can scupper that - - - not sisu

No deal will come , do people forget that one of the creditors is HMRC and they also rejected the CVA, we will go into liquidation but that may not be a bad thing as a club can still be bought off the liquidators so Haskell may still secure the club

Was it not offered to JS earlier in the week but she said she wouldn't discuss unless the CVA was accepted?

It was pointed out by someone on here that HMRC usually reject CVAs because they don't like the football creditors rule.

I don't know how true that is but I wouldn't use their decision to reject the CVA as any sort of indicator.

It's ACL we need to be demanding answers from.

To be fair, I heard from a "reliable source" (I think that's the first time I've used that phrase) a few months back that ACL refuse to acknowledge Fisher and Holdings as the club and will not deal with them. It was no surprise that they refused to acknowledge Otium either. Who they attempting to have the talks with is beyond me but on THIS occassion, it's reasonable to believe that Fisher is telling the truth.
