Set of seats from Highfield Rd (west terrace) (5 Viewers)

I have a set of seats from the west terrace at Highfield Road that have been sat gathering dust in my garage ever since the old place was demolished, 2 or 3 on the original metal frame they sat on in the stadium, fully working (can't remember how many, will have a look).

I had great plans for them but never got round to it, I would like to donate them to someone that could put them to good use or would they be worth anything? (auction for charity?)

I have a few people who would like them, but I just wandered if they could be used for something more than a garden seat?

Failing that I think I will nip over to the hill that over looks Shitfields and cement them in place one night.

if the choice is donate or auction, shove em on ebay no reserve, donate the final fee to a charity of your choice. Bob's yer uncle.

What will happen to the seats at the Ricoh? The ones that spell out CCFC? Just wondered, like......

I hopefully have a new home for the seats, one that would make me very happy.

I also have three seats from the Main Stand in my shed. Like you I always intended putting them to good use but never got around to it!

I managed to "acquire" a seat from a charity function at a hotel i worked at and it sat in my parents garage for years. I was seeing this girl from Canada and when her dad came back to see some family (who was originally from Cov) I found he was a big city fan so decided to give it to him. After alot of explaining and paying a fortune to get it back, he now has it cemented in his back garden in Ontario, Canada. Apparently its his thinking chair.
