Shrewsbury sold out

I believe the whole allocation for CCFC fans is sold out 1600. There will be rows netted off at the front and at each front corner. Hence why 1800 is quoted.
There are no plans to allocate any more to us.I have been told by Shrews ticket office.
If you can behave yourselves , there are plenty of seats available in block 1 in The Roland Wycherley Stand.( LHS as you look at the pitch.)Next to away fans.
I have just bought one for a friend , who will not wear colours and can sit on his hands .I had previously registered so just put in number and password.Good luck behave and PUSB

I hope they give us more tickets. Couldn't get through all morning, so I don't have any.

It seems pretty unlikely to be honest. I think it's the whole end City have got so I'm not sure whether it's true that 200 are netted off for segregation.

Further allocation is unlikely then due to the fact that Shrewsbury would have to segregate one of the side stands or possibly even move Season Ticket holders.

The netting comment was originally from a Shrews fan who said it was madness and he couldn't understand it. I know capacity is 1800 and everywhere is quoting 1600 sold.

We should get onto Port Vale to do the same thing of having tickets for sale on their website, point to the fact that 3 blocks sold out before the 2 sent to City.

Edit: did just that using this form: http://www.port-vale.co.uk/global/contact.aspx#

It's pathetic isn't it? This is the police state we live in. I believe at the Ricoh it's the police who insist(ed) on the no man's land of Flanders Field proportions. I wouldn't be surprised if it's similar here.

Long shot, but does anyone have 2 spare tickets?

You can go in the Roland Wycherley stand but NOT wear colours.

Dunno why the club can't just move the black netting 200 tickets x £20 would pay for more than a few more stewards.
It's not like its a massive grudge match between fierce historical rivals.

I know, it's frustrating me! Isn't it a separate stand?

It's madness, both modern stadia, surely they were designed safe. One off games I get, but not as a matter of practice.

The irony is them doing this will end up with City fans in their end, which has far potential for trouble.
