Fried, boiled, scrambled or poached? What's your preference?

When I'm in Coventry I like them fried. If I'm in Northampton I like them .... ahhhh dammit, like many posters on here I just can't avoid that subject at every opportunity!

For what its worth and for all his faults, Tim Fischer makes a lovely poached egg. Still not sure about Phil Masinga's egg making ability yet though.

God its the same few people responding to each other, is this a private club or can anyone join in or would you rather we left you to it:thinking about:
Who'd have thought people respond to each other on a forum and in a thread?

Sweet Jesus, may the lord have mercy on our souls!

Who are the big 3?

Me and simple_simon have got to be there or thereabouts. You seem to be making a late challenge though so there's no time to rest on my laurels.

My mate who's an estate agent in Cardiff tells me he's just had Pressley in the office asking about secluded properties in the £1.5m to £2m bracket. Wet-room's a 'must have', apparently.

I think first place ought to go to the person who said as soon as we kicked off in Northampton they'd be done with the club, I just wish I could remember who it was.

I'm working on a place but everyday a new depth is achieved. As soon as Northampton is the case for 3 years + I'm still off. That includes the away games which I still go to.

Hoping to get in top ten but as its my rating system it is difficult.

Hold on, I've got this one: ALL games are away at the moment! LOL!!!

Just supposing we get to this time next year, still in League 1 at best and SISU have provided absolutely no evidence of either land purchase or concrete plans for their new stadium, where will you stand then??[/QUOTE
I will answer your question then ask you some if thats ok.For me i wouldnt be very happy as i would expect some news within the next few months on at least a land purchase,I believe Coventry should be in Coventry however i dont think they had much choice it was either that or no club. Now my questions

1-As Appleton stated that this 150k rent wasnt offered what did you think that ccfc/sisu should/could of done as the previous rent was too high.

2-Is this a Sisu out campaign because we could end up with the city being back at the Ricoh but people still not going as Sisu would still be in charge,so we could be no better off.

3-Can you tell me why the Trust are going to London knowing full well that Joy will not be there would they not be better off going to the council house where there is more than a fair chance that Lucas will be there as the only people that can sort this are ACL/CCC.Even if they did meet with Joy and she said ok yes i agree we should be back at the Ricoh i will phone Acl immediately, phones them up and they say the rent is going to be 350k plus match day charges we just go round and round in circles.

4-Do you not see that nopm is hitting the very thing you claim to support and what would your view be if we had to sell our best players as a result

Thanks

But surely Brian, the away is in the context of where Coventry City have traditionally played home games, and therefore, Northampton is still away.

LOL! Another fair point, mate! Now I'm not sure where to go with this! I'll have to sit down tonight and work out how to make my one-liner work for all fans and their viewpoint!!!

We could be rid of SISU before then..

I'm disappointed at the lack of acronyms Brian has used in his postings. Who can I send an angry email to?

Hi, mate! Before you send that email, can I ask that you maybe PM me or something and we can resolve this amicably?!?! No offence was intended! Thanks in advance!

Wow, nip out for a bit and all the boys and girls have been out to play. From some of this we can be sure of a couple of things:

1, Hill 83 Either has a drink problem or his jaundice is caused by some other form of liver damage as he describes a funny colour to be honest.

2, Fernando has been winding you up rather easily as he's about as close to Joy and Tim as me !

Not a nice way to describe Sterling Archer is it??

First and foremost can I just make it clear that although I am sympathetic to their cause, I am not anything to do with SBT and have no influence over their actions.
I do believe that a rent figure was offered to the hedge fund of £450K and an offer to pay all outstanding monies over a period of 10 years?! This allegedly equated to the total yearly salary of one player Richard Wood and at the same time offers were made on F & B profits, this was predictably turned down !
I want SISU out personally because I think that they will prolong the agony if remaining in charge for years, it's only conjecture and based on recent history but I think CCFC would continue to be used as a dumping ground for group debt and administration charges etc and if they ever got hold of the Ricoh they would possibly have the turnover from footfall to do this for a long time.
Again I am not a member of any NOPM campaign, but while we play home games 35 miles away I choose not to support the owners with my income, if and when we do sell the players it will be because the hedge fund had planned to do this all along as they have been doing now for the last 3 years or more.
