When is Strachan going to reward him with call-up? He is the best passer in the league and has a better ratio than 99% of passes than anyone in the country.

Is that statistic accurate? He was exceptional for the first half on Saturday, but dropped off when the Shrewsbury players started to close him down quicker.

He's good, but he's hardly set the league alight this far.

His passing range is quality, and he can pick out a player with ease, but over 90 minutes, there is definitely room for improvement

Yeah, there a lots of decent players in this league just most of which are little known.

Only seen him once so far this season (shrewsbury) definitely looks a better player with more pace in the side, still think that there is more to come biggest problem is his stamina definitely faded secondhalf.

What's the opinion on a point raised on one of the podcasts recently about Fleck looking a better player when he clearly has confidence in his team mates? There were times on Saturday where he looked slightly reluctant to pass it to certain players as the game wore on.

As good as McGoldrick, King, Gunnar, Turner (the list goes on and on). Seem far too eager to up fleck to the hilt. He is an average league one player. Has been with the club for well over a season and still not up to fitness! Obviously the bigging up is getting up to his head, as he is obviously not doing the fitness required as a pro footballer. If he were he wouldn't be fading in the second half when the league season has only just started!

The best player in League 1 is hardly a glowing recommendation for international football.

I've been amazed that a team playing Fleck in a midfield 2 has been successful. A year ago it would have been a disaster.

Credit to the guy, he's come on so much as a player under Pressley.

He has potential to be quality. Shows it in glimpes. He is one of the best passes in the team and I like players who are keen to keep posession and play it simple, he does both however my only concern is his weight and how good he is at passing and keeping ball when under pressure. Everyone can ping a pass when unchallenged or closed down, what about when teams hassle and close down?

Well playing in League One has done wonders for Webster's international career so far!
