Given that City have sold 1100 already not including those also being bought direct from Vale (with 2 weeks to go), I think it's fair to say we'll be taking a bumper following up there.

Anyone else have the issue of selecting kids tickets, going to the basket and only the adults tickets show up when paying?

Don't want to pay for the adults tickets and not get the kids ones. The website is pants

I had the same problem so i emailed and was informed they cannot do the free tickets on line. They took my details and said they will add it to my order before sending them.

I booked two last night online direct with Port vale site, you just have to register temporarily and choose away tickets. I got ours in H3. Look out for us again we will be wearing the Jim Guevara SISI OUT t-shirts:blue:

Got my two.

Would be great if we can sell this out. Lets at least beat the biggest home gate.

How many sold so far, does anyone know? I've been away for a while, only heard snippets of what's going on. I'm off again soon as well and want to get in a couple of away matches while I can.

Also, I noticed there are hardly any midweek games - is that because of the situation or is it the same for most teams (swear there's normally a few midweek games in the first couple months of the season).

I managed to get through on 024 7699 2328. £22 for adults, free for under 12s. Not sure about the ages inbetween. Be patient though mate, seems like one girl is doing it all on her own! They may have to ring you back

I concur I have rang a few times to book tickets and always speak to the same person, it's horrible because you think that the one person is doing it all on her own.

Have to say though she has done a cracking job handling it all. I rarely expect to actually get the callback im promised. She was polite and helpful, very impressed. Imagine taking call after call hearing pissed off fans not only for all the crap going on, but the website doesnt work, no shop etc...she must hear it all day everyday. I dont envy her!

The web server has been upgraded hasn't it? Is now lightening quick (for me anyway), so shouldn't be any more online issues.

For anyone going by train just got this from football ground guide website:

Longport station is the closest to the ground, but is a good 30 minute walk away and is not well served by trains as Stoke On Trent station is. Therefore most fans end up at Stoke On Trent railway station, which is over four miles away and take a taxi up to the ground.

Was going to start a new thread but thought might be easier in here
