Fisher has been the best Chief Exec this club has had for years. With the problems we have some of the others (Ranson, Fletcher,Clouting etc) would have bailed out sooner than now. he has stuck to the task, IMPROVED customer service at the club despite cost cutting and made the club more fan orientated and friendly.

Who agrees?

Yes

or

No

Just thought it needed the attention of a larger audience, this is how lost some fans are, they're beyond help now.

"improved customer service at the club", we have no shop, the online shop is more off than on, the online ticketing is hit or miss, and he talks to his "customers" like they are dog shit on the sole of his shoe.

Yea definitely improved the service in that area

Better at cost control and superior to Ranson most certainly

The chairman's job is to increase the numbers coming through the gate. Do I need to finish this thought?

And before you talk about cost cutting, lets just see what the latest accounts say. Even if they're positive, spending £10-30m on a ground when you could've stayed at the old one for 70-200 years at the same cost isn't my idea of cost cutting.

How much time did we spend in the relegation zone under ranson?

Cost control? We have no idea what losses are at the club as our esteemed CEO has yet to file the accounts.

Gates declined as soon as ranson joined so he failed then.

But your best mate Timothy has done much better. He has got the crowds up to about 2, 000. The last game had a record attendance.

Its a question of who failed more, ranson or fisher.

Ranson oversaw a fall of around 3k or 16.5%

Fisher has overseen a fall of around 13k or 87%

Who do you think is the biggest failure?

Bit of a shitty tactic to take someone's quote out of a thread and highlight it all on its own in case you couldn't rabble together enough winged monkeys to do your dirty work.

It is true that he has improved customer satisfaction ratings. He's just obliterated the number of actual customers to do it though.
