Is Sixfields big enough? (2 Viewers)

IF we were to get promoted this year and after a number of shrewd signings from SP we have a cracking start start next season (same as this year without any points deducted) would Sixfeilds be big enough IF we ALL started to attend games, I know it is against NOPM and KCIC campaigns - BUT if we all attended this would surely force someones hand in trying to find a bigger arena for the supporters, maybe a 34k stadium in the north of the City? especially if promotion to the financial promised land was a real possibility? SISU want out but they want some return on there investment, IMO the Premier League is the only financially viable exit for them (and us, if we have a chance of returning to the PL surely they would want support it so they can the get the golden payoff?

Sixfields is far too small for CCFC. It's not even a debate in my opinion.

Lots of people turning up to Sixfields for a game (say 15,000) leading to many being left locked outside I believe to be a reasonable protest suggestion. As to whether it would force Sisu's hand, no, I highly doubt it. I don't think Sisu or anyone else involved will be swayed either way whether 15 or 15,000 turn up.

It's almost perfect, just like Highfield Road with a superb atmosphere unlike the Ricoh!

Of course it is not big enough and I'm sure the contract with Sixfields holds plenty of get out clauses for just such eventualities.
Still think once the JR and other issues outstanding pass their sell by date as it were, we will see some movement on either talking over a return to the obvious - The Ricoh - or whether or they will build. I think the former the most likely.

Now I know your a WUM.

Comparing a 25% full Sixfields to Highfield Road, or even the Ricoh is a treasonous offence.

There's a get out clause at the end of each year according to te NTFC chairman

There must be a get out clause for anytime seeing as hoffman was willing to pay what was required to get them back to the ricoh, the time he also offered to front the rent

To be fair sixfields is plenty big enough for as things stand at the moment, but if things change for example promotion and a return of all the fans then it would be to small and an alternative venue found , though id bet my last quid that won't be the Ricoh no matter what happens.

Not sure I understand the logic that if we all try and get into sixfields then somehow we will have to move back to the Ricoh?

Surely the fact that sixfields holds just 68% of our average attendance last season shows that fisher and sisu couldn't give a toss as to how many are locked outside.

I dont want to say this but you have had a cracking start to the season and I want to see you back where you belong, but you guys are running before you can walk. Talking about premiership etc only last year you nearly didnt have a team.

Where on this thread does it say we will be premier league? It's says if we were premier league but you imply that we think we're good enough to be in it as soon as?
Nobody is running anywhere

Why even ask the question then? I could ask is Victoria Park good enough for the Premiership, it amounts to the same thing. Only that I am other Poolies would never ask such a question as its not going to happen. Granted you club is much bigger and you have been there before but it just imply that you are expecting to get up there soon in the time before your back at Coventry. You have done brilliant to first of all survive and overhaul the points deduction playing brilliant football but you can see where I am coming from.
