Yes we would rent it Fisher said it at thee forums ccfc would not own it just use it. then again you have to read between the lines when it comes from them and yes we Hate them more then the vile.

But they haven't said we would rent it. They implied it would be in a separate holding company but that isn't really an issue. The stadium gives them an exit strategy - I thought you wanted them out?

There are plenty of uses for the stadium if sisu build theirs they can change it to whatever they want.

.

Maybe you can go to the boots convention or cjs boot sale instead of the football?

I couldn't care less what the ricoh does if we aren't playing there. What reason does the average person have to go there other than the odd casino trip or gig?

The time has come for CCFC to come back to Coventry.

Mark my words if they dont CCFC is dead as we know it.

Old fans = disconnected not going.
New fans = there are none.
Next generation = will follow other teams, see villa ad in cov telegraph.

The damage will not be seen now but horribly 3-5 years for the truth to come out.

Just think about it for 1 sec. Old loyal fans are not going. New fans are not being attracted.

This is a disaster which ever way you look at it. The LONG term affects could be devestating.

Im seriously worried out the future of CCFC or lack of.

Not sure they have made me that bitter sometimes can't think rationally. They have fucked me and my club not the same anymore.

So you support the.ricoh rather than ccfc?

So you want us to go under?

Who needs enemies when you have fans that wish the club would die? Beyond belief.[/

I dont think people want CCFC to die.
They want this farce of playing in Northampton and ownership of people who seem to think its ok to move our club out of our proud city over.

You have to admit SISU are pushing people to the edge with this stupid groundshare thats totally unnessary.

It was there in black & white. And exactly, we need to be back in the Ricoh ASAP. I don't understand why so many people are against that happening.

What people say and what people mean are 2 different things.

The amount if times i have said "im going to kill"

I have never done it.

No one is saying they should get it for free. A fair price, that is all. But hey, ACL aren't known for offering fair prices are they.

Fuck ACL and all their associated companies.

How do you know they did not offer a fair price (£400,000 a year) have you got hold of their paperwork where it is written in black and white, or are you just making it up?

£400,000 is less but is that a fair price based on what they get? Other clubs do pay equivalent or more in some cases but they actually get access to all the revenue streams from the stadium for their money. I suppose it depends on your definition of fair. Someone obviously deemed £1.2 million a year fair at some point.

I don't want to sell my house - should I go around offering it to people for a low price? ACL/CCC clearly don't want to sell up, should they go around offering to Sisu (or anyone else) at a low price?

In both cases the clear answer is no - if Sisu want the freehold they should make an offer high enough to tempt CCC into selling. If they come to an agreement then it's a fair price, whatever any of us may think. Given that (to my knowledge) they haven't made a formal offer then I can only assume that they have indeed moved on and do not want the Ricoh.

You have missed the point I said it would change from a stadium full stop. I know something it has been looked at for but that is not for me to say?
Name me some profitable stadiums of a similar size that do not have a primary tenant.

Stick to your own principles people may give you the respect you want then.

Are you making stuff up again and not reading posts? People really struggle to read what is written sometimes.

Why do I have to be on a side? Why can't I see good / bad sides to all of it? I'm not too fussed if you respect me or not to be honest.

Thing is you don't I make no bones about only seeing bad in Sisu and good in Ricoh I am honest about that you however never give the Ricoh a good word?

As for the respect wasn't on about me to you?

The Ricoh is a nice stadium and if it was CCFC's stadium and we were in the Prem it would be nice. At the minute it is an empty football stadium so why would I be too fussed about it? I don't see the reason to go there without the football unless it's a gig that happens once every so often or the casino for the odd beer.

I'm not doubting it is a nice stadium but so is the San Siro or the Nou Camp (not that I am saying they are on the same level) but CCFC don't play there due to a mixture of SISU and ACL's mess.

The Ricoh isn't the "heart" of a community, if it had a training pitch for example where they had kid's coaching and summer play schemes and things like that which made people go there then it would be different. You say that you only see bad in SISU and good in the Ricoh, you are blinded by hatred and that is not me saying "everybody must love SISU and be Tim Fisher's best friend".

If CCFC aren't there then most have no reason to go there but I am not sure how you can "support" a football stadium?

Ok, that's fine, but you then also have to accept that if they are priced out of buying it then a new stadium is their only option bearing in mind they have said that only owning a stadium will do.
