Question for All (2 Viewers)

Slight double standards if people do go in my opinion! I attend 6fields when I can so not going to be an issue for me but at the end of the day we are all success starved so I wouldn't blame anyone although a little hypocritical.

I would not go as the ground is not big enough to hold all of the true sky blue fans and if we are still at northampton in that situtation sisu are more stupid than i imagined

So you think SISU would feel humiliation? Really? Not just angry, bitter and spiteful as usual?
I would like to think they would feel humiliation, but I suspect you're right, as with everything else they wouldn't give a fuck.

I on the other hand would feel pride at the stance taken by the stayaways. Everyone knows we've got the fanbase anyway (31,000+ JPT area final this year).

Let's say for arguments sake, we get in the play-offs .......

Are people still going to take the NOPM stance? Or will people give in at this point and go to sixfields for the semi and wembley for the final?

Personally I would literally HAVE to go to those games, NOPM or not, I don't think I could miss that opportunity!

I think the NOPM is almost dead but I will still not go into to Sixfields.

Will go to away leg and the final but never to a game in Northampton/

I'll never attend a home game outside of the city. It doesn't matter who we're playing. I would attend the away leg and also the Wembley game.

Maybe just go to the wembley Final would be best i bet sisu are feeling right cunts at this moment just think of the crowds we'd be getting at the Ricoh on this form. how much more money can they lose

Isn't this exactly what we City fans have been moaning about for years? We plead and plead for supporters to turn up and yet year after year fans only turn up in numbers when we are doing well.

Be doubly saddening if fans don't go this season but then suddenly turn up for a play-off game at Sixfields. The main reason people are not going this season is because of the very fact we re not playing in Coventry.

If this scenario of play-offs was to occur then personally i still wouldn't go to Sixfields. I would go to Wembley however. It is the whole principal of Sixfields for me and not any NOPM.campaign.

To be fair you also kept putting increasing amounts of money on City to get into the play-offs and get promoted too last season.

I certainly did

We were looking good at one stage. Not putting a penny on us to do it this season. Promotion would be enough.

just because he doesn't call them SISU, doesn't put sisu out at the end of every post and doesn't call sixfields shitfields, doesn't make him pro sisu

I would go to the away leg of the semi and Wembley if we got there. It's not so much that I am NOPM or any other campaign group for that matter, it is just that I will not now or ever go to Sixfields for a 'home' game because we should not be there.

So for argument sake I will list the games I would go to:

Play Off Semi (H) - No not unless at the Ricoh.
Play Off Semi (A) - Yes
Wembley Final - Yes.

The problem and I was having this discussion with a Bradford fan on the coach to Devon earlier NOPM will not last because there will be reasons like the play offs why people can't sustain it.

Is that not how all football teams work?

Obviously I am not with the majority on here with this, that is fine, like I said I appreciate that people are sticking to their guns.

I am not attending and will not attend any home league games at sixfields. If we were at the Ricoh, I would probably attend 2 or 3 (working, money, track days etc.)

My personal view is yes - I do have a NOPM stance (with regards to home games at sixfields), however if we got to that stage and we were in the semi's I would seriously find it difficult not to go. Again if we got to the quarter finals of the FA Cup I would find it seriously difficult not to go. Nothing to do with who we were playing or if we were playing well or not - obviously to get to them stages there would have to be a degree of playing well but that is not the reason why I would be attending. When I used to go to every game there was some real dire football, but then there was also some real special moments (one of the best seasons for action for me was the year we were a goal away from relegation).

The biggest public humiliation for SISU would be if the team to get to Wembley and nobody attended.

I don't agree with that at all. That would be a humiliation for us. Do you think if we left Wembley empty other football fans would still feel sorry for us or think that we were f***ing Idiotic for missing the opportunity?

And look at everything they have done so far, with regards to CCFC and beyond ....... they cannot be humiliated.
