The statement is pretty poorly worded. But nobody can argue that for the long-term it is better to own the stadium and get revenues - Howver you do not need the freehold for that. It is infuriating how both sides seem to be "happy to talk" but nothing gets done. SISU need to drop the JR and to me that would prove they are willing to take a step in the right direction. Then it is up to the council. Until SISU drop the JR I see this as a pretty pointless statement and PR stunt.
