Here's one I heard today it is going around that Brum were looking for a new Ground, and a ground share could happen between us and them maybe in the Solihull area?

Any thoughts on ground sharing with them?

Hmmm. BCFC looking for a new ground. A short hop 20 miles away and voila, City Dark Blues. QED.

Wouldn't last long. We would end up merging.

How far from Earl Street? 9 miles? I don't know if it is, but that was a figure quoted recently for "if a perfect site was found". Would be a coincidence. Solihull sprawls almost to Cov.

Ok this isn't a rumour.. its plain bullshit!!

I work with a bluenoses who have a VERY close relationship to the blues and from what they are hearing is they are in as much if not more shit than us financially!! They have an owner who hasn't got a pot to piss in that's pretty much on house arrest in Hong Kong but refuses to entertain the last 2/3 bids that have gone into the club. They are looking to shift their top wage earners in January and will have to release / sell another 7/8 players at the end of this season if they are not promoted (Which is looking likely).

And your claiming they are building a new ground???? Behave yourself!!

Not a bad idea if we could use the Ricoh. Use half of their name and half of ours. Call the new club Coventry City.

Carson Yeungs assets have been frozen so no benefit to him in selling the club at the current time.

Nice shopping centre there though.

To be honest, the football team is probably the best thing about Coventry for me, I'm not sure why I'm so against a move, just maybe somewhere a little more glamorous than Northampton. I quite like Cornwall, or we could go the whole hog and move it to the Bahamas or somewhere.

the only site Birmingham city have ever been interested is the Birmingham Wheels in Landor Street that is a stones throw from St Andrews. the site is currently owned by BCC but the funding has been cut due no Birmingham having to deal with the biggest cuts in the country and its future as a motorsport venue is in doubt. the land is possibly available on the cheap for the same reason but do BCFC have the finances available?
