I take it you had a good evening then. Did you manage to get Tim's autograph? Why didn't they put it at sixfields?
They fuck off with the club but put the shop in Coventry?
Cheeky Bastards.
Fuck you fisher.

Football club in opening its own club shop shocker. What a revolutionary new idea.
and you'd say that to his face no doubt
He has far bigger balls than those who slag him on faceless internet forums
like it or not he's doing his job at the end of the day

don't you have a dart board then mr V ?Ive already got it framed and mounted on the wall in the front room.
Nah, they don't need us cov folk down in Northampton, however they want all our money to buy their overpriced merchandise though.what next, playing in their own town ?

No we wouldn't say it to his face because were all to scared. Get real.
Who do you think he is, a heavyweight boxing champion? The guys just a fat prick.
Fisher will get his comeuppance one day.
Not by any of the spineless yes men that have backed him down to sixfields though.
Did I say the opening was not a success??? ... Look it's normal, whenever a new store is opened, out of curiosity people will go and see what the new place looks like, others would purchase many items while they are there (remember Xmas around the corner) , some will just browse. That's Psychology for you. Just because there were large numbers of people there, that does not reflect how well the store will do in the next 12 months time. Most likely it would be no different than the CCFC official shop that were in West Orchard and at the Ricoh Arena, which as I recollect were always virtually empty on Saturdays.
I personally think this superstore is a waste of money while we sit in league one or maybe Championship next season and to top that a massive divide with the owners and its customers . Its all an expensive gimmick and a gamble, though I hope I am wrong and it is a success but I can't see it.
So no it is not desperation, its what I see happening hence why the new superstore does not excited me as yet.
On a positive note, it's showing maybe SISU are showing signs of having ambitions for the club by opening this superstore, but I won't hold my breath on it regarding the Ricoh or a new stadium.

True. The fact that many seem to want it to fail is though.
how come you werent there giving him a piece of your mind eh V?
do League one or championship clubs not buy merchendise?
Words fail me.
Words fail you.... why??????
Lets talk about it in 11 months time from today.. Will be interesting and I truly hope I am wrong and they got it right... Ok
So it's win win for you then.
It fails - "Told you it would"
It succeeds - "I said I hoped I was wrong"
Then we get a new thread with a link to this one and you are an Internet hero for the day. I can't fucking wait.
No Hill,
If it fails, - Sadly I was right and I will not have the pleasure of saying I told you so. That's is not what I would want.
If it Succeeds - "I will hold my hands up and admit it I got it wrong. Then I will post here to that effect.
What else do you want me to say Hill????????????? Internet hero???????? please grow up.
Prick
fisher hasnt got broad shoulders as if you say anything on the net abouit him that he dosent like he gets the police on to you, i know of 4 people who have been pulled in by the old bill because of him
People would have to be saying some pretty heavy stuff for the police to take anything seriously. 99.9% of the 'nasty' things said about him here for instance would see him charged with wasting police time if he reported them.
You make me want to throw up you arse licker.
i bet you live in a cave mate? you want to get real, i dont goto to sixfields never will, but credit where due, pressley and the lads are doing the business, for ccfc to open a shop in cov is a step in the right direction, for your info i did question fisher on coming back to cov and he has made a huge mistake taking the club out of the city, if you wanted to confront fisher in the flesh you missed your chance now go and catch your tea.....
True but haven't heard anything like that happening. There seems to be a disparaging myth that Fisher had disappeared from public. He hasnt.
btw ... I put it on record to say that this superstore will not be reaching up to its full potential as expected . It will operate in the same way as with the other smaller official CCFC premises of the past, half empty in midweeks and weekend's.
It won't reach it's potential until we've won the champions league, then it will be rammed with mancunians and cockneys glory fans desperate to get a ccfc replica shirt......
On a serious note, if we get back to the Ricoh, it would be better to only have the Ricoh shop open on matchdays and keep the 'Superstore' as the main store.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - so please excuse any spelling or grammar errors
So people are moaning about the size of the store and that it won't be fully used but then they moan about SISU building a 15k or so stadium as it isn't very ambitious even though that is about right for our attendances? Maybe they are just being ambitious with the super store?
Went down to Argos earlier and noticed the Ribbon gang had been out around the City Shop, well done.
Aren't the speed bumps at the Gallagher retail park even worse? Is it open properly from now or was it an advance opening? I might have a squizz on Sunday. Outwith all the obvious mess and shit going on, the location of this is a dream. The club shop at the Ricoh seemed more isolated and you had to do that lap of the ground with the horrible speed bumps to get away. Fucking speed bumps.
