How did the jumper buying go?
Yeah, good thanks Tony. Got a corker/shit one for just over a tenner. Result. Going to look like a right plum next week at a mates Xmas meal!

SISU are miles ahead of the League in litigation expertise and have a lot more energy and resources to devote to it-the FL accepted what happened because they knew there was no chance of outcompeting SISU in a courtroom. It is just not equipped to deal with anything beyond clubs lacking devious and/or rich owners.
Thats right ,they passed the buck ,and figured If they were going to end up sued, ACL were the favourites In a courtoorm contest,I still wonder in this case and how It subsequently goes If ACL may counter sue for whatever SISU try to take from them.
That's what a lot of people forget about the Football League-it is far from being a wealthy organisation and is barely competent at administrating its own competitions, let alone taking on a very shrewd hedge fund backed by expensive lawyers. This was simply beyond their capabilities and shows that it's no longer fit for purpose in running the League game-it needs a lot more gravitas put behind it to do that.
I don't think they or FA realise just what kind of shenanigans are going to head their way.
