Was there today will be there tuesday as every game so far dont watch the game. Exactly what is your point? You weren't the idiot going into the game today who tried to take the piss but soon backed down even with his mates when he was told we dont take the piss out of you so dont take the piss out of us,were you? He looked a bit sheepish as he walkked down to the ground. So may I say if you want to go in go and I would encourage fans with kids to go with their kids because without those kids this club hasn't got any kind of future. But if you do go dont think you're not going to get a reaction if you take the piss and I dont mean violence.

This was not me. I was there with my father.

Incidentally I was the guy who was subject to the abuse, threats, and 'scab' taunts earlier in the season. I have different views to the protesters but I have no axe to grind with them. For the record, I walked past the hill at 2-50 today and there was nobody there. it was pretty bleak, if you stayed the 90mins on that hill today then fair play to you, it was cold enough in the ground....!

So may I say if you want to go in go.

I wish more would say things like this...

Quite what is gained by the dick waving over people going in, people on hill, people wanking in front of final score... I don't know.

And yes, anybody who tries to get a reaction from any POV in that shouldn't be surprised when they get it! As far as I can see, for the most part the people on hill, people going into ground are capable of living with each other perfectly happily and acknowledging that, regardless of any of our positions about blame, it's not me, not you that insisted we rock up there. Surely *this* is what should be celebrated, that in adversity there is the ability to show respect and unity of being a city fan, even if choices are different!

So I really don't see why the constant need for scoring cheap points from some on here.

As forwatching the game quite right again. If it's dark, windy, wet, cold... standing on a bloody hill is hardly my free pass to getting something on the cheap, is it! It's a daft argument to make, although at the same time some don't help themselves in that respect by trying to sell the whole hill experience as being able to see most of the game.

God, we've been here before, haven't we. How are we going to get anywhere with some kind of united front if we spend our time on arguing something ultimately irrelevant, why can't we just say if you want to go in, go and if you don't... don't. It's the repeated bludgeoning over the head that's so wearing, and maximises the chances of support drifting away as who wants to be berated for their leisure choices, one way or another!

1375 Cov fans at Northampton today. The lowest ever Cov attendance. Many congratulations to sisu for that achievement to add to the their other "firsts". Cue the abuse from the usual suspects........

I get the sense from the message boards that threatening their own fans with legal action reminded some who tend to direct their fire more at the council than Sisu just what wonderful owners we have. I wonder if that played a part in the lower attendance today?

Would that be such a bad thing. We know that some buyers are waiting in the wings and so would it not be possible that they could form CCFC 2014, get a deal at the Ricoh and carry on from where Shitzu left off? or am I being naive?

thats what needs to happen, sisu and fisher are getting what they deserve.....treating their paying customers like scum why would any one want to give them a penny?
i am getting to the point now if they came back to the ricoh i still wouldnt go, sisu fisher seppala have all damaged the fan base beyond repair..

wish they would just sell and get out?

No but there Is a point ,It was one time too many ,no matter how flaming angry It makes us, It just gives the media something to run with that

benefits the owners and weakens our position. TBH It was never going to be 100% ,its not in human nature ,but 85-90% Is bloody impressive

and entirely self generated regardless of what Fisher thinks.:)

To be fair Northern when people say "we can see loads of the pitch" its usually in response to a comment. I watch the kickabout before the game and let me tell you the views crap yes you can see two thirds of the pitch but the people there aren't watching a whole game so actually its horrible. Another thing is that all this cheap point scoring is only on here go to the away games and people of all persuasions mix happily together.

'Or get on with building this bloody stadium with Lego bricks. Talking of which what is all this consultation shit about? they already know WE DON'T WANT IT!!!!!'

With regard to the above, I came up with this mnemonic the other sleepless night....... WAITING......What An Indignity There Is No Ground

A bit sad, I know, but not bad for 3.30 in the morning
;)

Wingy you're right one time is too many however you have to look at the context in respect to how it started not how it finished.

Plans well advanced now and if the 'I' s & T 's' are dotted & crossed on the land deal, would expect an announcement shortly!

If you go to Rotherham it'll give you a good idea what the stadium will look like. PUSB!

If I ignore the wumminess of your post, why the **** do I need to go to Rotherham ? In the words of Tom Cruise - "show me the plans" - (or something similar :thinking about:)? Also like the way you have said plans are well advanced but follow it with a great big IF instead of WHEN

That being the case could you explain this article http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/buying-land-new-coventry-city-6404266 entitled "Buying land for new Coventry City stadium 'could now be months away"?

Your not accusing Fisher of lying are you?

I've just looked at the Rotherham FC stadium.

Cost £20m to build and has a 12,000 capacity. Also looks very run of the mill, bog-standard and lacking in inspiration.

If that is for the City then whooppee, I can't wait.

Its a little like parking a few Romany caravans outside a £2-3M. mansion In say Stratford ,and seeing If after a couple of years you manage to wangle It for say £700K.

However you may have to settle for a Council house In say Wolvey. No offence to people who dwell in council houses by the way , I grew up in one, or Wolvey for that matter.

The attendances are not looking too cleaver are they? Even on BBC CWR they said regulars were saying the atmosphere was dreadful.

Such a shame for Steve P and the lads. They deserve so much better and to be playing at the Ricoh.

There are no winners in this sad situation. Im never going sixfields. Never once been tempted either.

RFC would disagree with you on that m8 i think your spot on

Same can be applied to anything. Let's give it a try:

Plans well advanced now and if the 'I' s & T 's' are dotted & crossed on the Ricoh deal, would expect an announcement shortly!
Plans well advanced now and if the 'I' s & T 's' are dotted & crossed on the Messi deal, would expect an announcement shortly!
Plans well advanced now and if the 'I' s & T 's' are dotted & crossed on the Marlon King deal, would expect an announcement shortly!

Of course, just because someone says there are plans doesn't make it so.
