I personally consider SISU/Otium will make an offer for the ricoh......

But...

I feel they will offer such a miniscule sum, that sale at this price wouldnt be justified. (maybe a million?)

This would be perfect publicity for Sisu.... they could (attempt) to turn the people of Cov against the Council yet further through the lines.. "We've made the offer".... "The balls in their court now."..... "The council are the only ones denying us a chance to come back home.".... "We want us home by Christmas, we just need agreement of this sale...."

When really the intention of a purchase is never there.... unless the Council and Higgs fold at a tinytiny price...

My theory anyway.... or just the same usual crap spouted out by Fisher et.al
