You mean SISUE offered to pay the arrears of rent they were legally obliged to pay? I don't think they did, did they G or am I mistaken?

The amount they offered covered virtually all the amount owed - OSB confirms that to be the case.

Higgs accepted the CVA and ACL didn't. This has created huge resentment. We know they rejected it because sisu wouldn't agree to two unspecified clauses - it has nothing to do with doing the right thing or exposing the truth. Due to that we are not in the top 6. Any supporter that is not angered by that is a very peculiar supporter.

any supporter that say's ACL cost us points when even you know that to be a lie is a pure inbred.SISU put us into admin SISU stopped paying rent SISU have refused to go back even tho its cheaper and more profitable the shitfields donut

Have they paid it yet??? arsehole

Have you not had the benefit of an education? What are you struggling with? Do the facts not fit with your warped and distorted view of the truth?

Did ACL agree the CVA or not? Just answer this basic question.

No they didn't and would you have if it was your business?

But it wasn't all about the CVA was it. It was also because we were in admin and to be honest if they had accepted would we have been out of it in time, seeing how long it has taken them to close down a company that apparently had nothing in it?

and the rest of the contract that was broken and the ESCROW..I dont think so

What's the escrow got to do with the arrears that have been agreed to be paid? Do you think we should have paid 42 years x £1.3m?

Ltd owe the money, the administrator is still managing Ltd whilst he liquidates it, it's up to him to pay what's owed when he finalises the liquidation process.

No. they were offered the chance to renegotiate .

And they decided not too and have subsequently been offered an even better deal. The lease was completely broken when ACL rejected the CVA, for which I still don't know what they have gained other than sticking two fingers up at sisu which reduced the likelihood of a Ricoh return.

Top six lets see at the end of the season didn't matter last year missed it by a mile still along way to go.
We can all reevaluate our stance then bit early at the moment to be honest.

Grendal.. I am fully qualified accountant... you are a twat.

I see. So of you were an accountant of an organisation who were shafted with a long lease as their accountabt what would your advice be to legally extract themselves from that lease?

I'm guessing Barton and Mansett, who else.

Fully agree - it will be the fringe players. What happened to Lobjoit as well?? Seemed to be very highly rated but then seemed to throw his toys out the pram because the team wasnt built around him.

Really Grendel? Do you really think acl cost the club 20 points?? Most supporters can see where the majority of the blame lies

Players get sold from every club. We've always done it. Can't see what the fuss is about. If Christie goes then he goes, we'll get over it.

Sisu will sell players if it suits them and we have no say over the matter. Obviously if players are sold it would prove nopm is working !!!

So has every other board we've ever had. Selling players has got nothing to do with NOPM. If a player wants to leave then he wants to leave. We made an error with Westwood we should have got money for him rather than letting him go for nowt. When/if Christie leaves I hope we get some money for him. We have Aaron P anyway so not too bothered about Christie.

i'm more angry that we are playing "home" games in Northampton. it would be nice if you could join me.

Correct has to be the first thing that CCFC fans should hate the most.

So we get promoted and still playing at Sixfields still wouldn't go so doesn't make that much difference to most what league were in.

can't see our team playing at home.

this is a different situation to westwood though, because of his age we will get money for him if he leaves in the summer. who knows if we go up he may sign a new contract.

It's unlikely we're going to go up this season. Even if we do, he's unlikely to resign when other clubs offer more money and better opportunities, if we get promoted we'll be relegation candidates anyway, For me it depends on how much more we can get for him in January than in compensation in the summer - if it's negligible then we should keep him, if not we should let him go in Jan.

Exactly but some just don't see it, and then they call everyone who doesn't agree with then uneducated.:thinking about:

no but they didn't stop paying rent didn't move us to northampton who did

No should have been sacked for agreeing to it in the first place if they didn't like it.
Or as a equity company are you saying they didn't know about it when they signed it when they took the club over. They must have believed it was a good deal surely or why accept it?

To drag this roughly back OT, Id accept the likes of Manset, Barton and Christie go and a CB, CM x 2, LW and ST come in. We need options in the middle and to replace the loanees when they leave.

If something like that is being suggested it looks like well end up with a stronger squad overall. Not sure who else would have an issue with not playing?
