With all the local councils saying no concrete talks are happening, is this all bluff and bluster to keep the FL quiet. The scenario which I think will play out is that SISU are banking everything on the JR, and if,God forbid, they win I can see massive compensation claims going in against CCC. The losses of being "forced" to quit the Ricoh, ie loss of ticket revenue, the cost of hiring Sixfields and all the policing and stewarding, plus anything else they can think off, will suddenly equate to the actual value of the Ricoh and the proposal will come.................give us the Ricoh and we will drop all claims. This is standard business practice.
