Are CWR and CET just SISU puppets? (1 Viewer)

I imagine CWR and the CT don't have the budgets to do that kind of investigative journalism. But in any case, what kind of facts are you after?

I want them to push Sisu and council for information so I can understand whats going on.

Not just get gossip and then make it into a headline that gets fans worried or arguing with each other.

I understand why they do it, to get readers and listeners, but sometimes they need to push Sisu when they have the chance.

Yep, just like you, and I dont deny it.

The point I was making is that you are so indignant about CWR and Trinity Mirrors reporting on here, why not speak to them and complain, as I think you might have more joy that way than just complaining on a faceless forum.

I need to see whether its just me or do I have others that agree with me.
Also I might have it wrong and people can advise me !!!!

I have told CWR on this subject and they have transmitted it.
As I see it everything Sisu say gets published blindly by the CET as fact. This stadium article in Hawksbury has no grounding yet its a front page spread.
Surely they should ask some questions before publishing.

The headline to todays story instead of "Council: We were approached about a new stadium" could or should have been "Is Fisher lying about stadium consultations". The question was never about whether an enquiry of a very speculative nature had been made the question was: Is the club currently consulting two different authorities who are interested and excited about the possibility of having a stadium built? Fisher and Labovitch claimed they are talking to or consulting two authorities they didn't say "we have made a very speculative enquiry to one authority but haven't made any further approach". In my view the local paper should be asking them if they can demonstrate the proof of their claim in order to assure City supporters that they are not lying. That wouldn't cost them anything in fact they wouldn't even need access to Fisher to ask the question they can do it with a headline such as " Is Fisher lying about stadium plans" therefore putting public pressure on him and SISU.
