I am hard to please - always looking for perfection lol. Overall I think he has done a great job in v difficult circumstances but what I worry about with any manager is "Do they have a plan b" and how will they cope in a crisis. We all make mistakes and I am sure SP will make some, Port Vale away being a case in point - they changed formation and SP didn't react and we lost the game however as I said this will be his chance to show us if he really is a good manager and I feel he will.

Well his rant was just after you mentioned him on here so I suspect that would be why he chose you
It's not as if his name is a secret - the tool uses it on CET
I was just giving his views a bigger audience, and thought it only right to give the author full credit

Apparently it's Brighton and they will bid £1.5M for Leon.

IF thats the case, he wouldnt have needed to hand in a transfer request, I am sure everyone would have accepted that and he would have kept his bonuses etc.

Also not a rival of ours.

Surely they wouldnt pay £1.5 million ?

My brother just replayed that to me sounded like CWR can anyone else confirm it?

Now that is a price that would move me from

Hold on to him till the summer to, this needs thinking about.

However if they did bid 1.5 then 1.75 is what they are prepared to pay.

At this level SP could have a filed day with that money.

Will SP get the money though

If he does then SISU have learnt.

I'd love to see it all invested back into the squad..

Whilst I'd love it to be £1.5m, don't think there is a Cov fan that wouldn't take that ... providing it comes back to Pressley to strengthen the squad, £1.5m would sort the defence and get a decent striker in ... perhaps even tempt Moussa with an extended contract too ?

Andy Turner mentions it in a video with Alan Poole,

Don't know if it was Andy Turner's voice, he does have quite the distinctive voice, but it could of been I guess, I would pack Leon's bags for him for that money.

Brighton are eyeing moves for Bournemouth striker Lewis Grabban and Cardiff City forward Joe Mason as they look to bolster their attacking options. Brighton are thought to be planning a £1million bid for Grabban and are also ready to rival Bolton for the signature of Mason who enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Bolton earlier this season. Brighton are in the market for a new striker after selling Ashley Barnes to Burnley earlier this month.

I remember Pressley has kept going on about everyone will be in he market for a goal scorer in this window. Going to be tough. Sisu must provide all funds to Pressley from any sale of Clarke.

Whilst I whole heartily agree with you ... they just won't ... they will no doubt sanction a new striker ... but he will be a lucky dip / unknown quantity from a lower league and hope Pressley can develop him ... bit like Slager.

I have just been on the Wolves forum and no one there wants Clarke, he is hated there. Big upset from Jackett if he takes him anyway especially if it's over a million.
