My view is it should be to get the two sides talking properly and proffessionally. Maybe through an independent mediator. This is something so basic that hasn't really happened yet.

Can you mediate when one side has never made an offer?

We get lots of finger pointing and grumbling from SISU...but they have never drawn their line in the sand yet? As I see it they just keep backing further away saying they are being bullied.

Come on Edgy: answer the question, please. Rather than simply limping back to GMK and posting to your sycophants: 'I'm afraid the Council's Imperial Guards have arrived and have swamped the thread. Sad times'

My question was fair, and deserves an answer, don't you think? And you criticise SBT stating we're myopic?

I didn't limp, I ran excitedly like a child.

I was merely putting forward Knowl's idea of a "protest" that involves the two main factions.

What was the question anyway?

What part of 'not for sale'dont you understand?

That's not really a negotiation though is it. Maybe they need to explore all options. Maybe talking about it they could find some middle ground.

What is your plan? Wait for a new stadium outside Coventry? Have you got a sensible idea?

They can't sell sisu what they want.

There's nothing else to explore.

Im hoping that sisu lose the judicial review then cut their losses and leave.

Never mind protests outside the council house, its pointless.

Maybe you people who want sisu to own the arena need to start putting pressure on the owners to speed up this 'new ground'.

They won't get the Ricoh.

I'm as serious as cancer.

Cancer's since these folks prize family history and love communal activities. They also tend to be patriotic, waving the flag whenever possible. A Cancer's good memory is the basis for stories told around the dinner table, and don't be surprised if these folks get emotional about things. Those born under this sign wear their heart on their sleeve, which is just fine by them.

So what exactly was your sensible suggestion?

This thread proves why the idea suggested would not work.

Too many fucking idiots would still rather argue who's fault it is on a forum.

That Tim Fisher does exactly what he said 6 months ago, nothing more, nothing less. We have moved on, plan A is the new stadium. Well get on with it then. Unless of course you don't believe our beloved owner.

I watch the twist n Shout video and think we have great fans. Then I come on here and see people would rather the council were happy than we played in Coventry and it dispels that myth.

I post like a c**t. You post as a c**t. There's a difference there I'll permit you to ponder

The question was in my original response. It's still there...

Thanks for your permission.

I know I'm a c**t and that's the difference between me and you.

Honestly, I can't find a question I need to answer. It's Knowl's suggestion of a protest idea, remember.

Can you point me toward anything that says anything like that?

I think they'll do it if they think they have to. If there is no way of getting the Ricoh they can't stay in Northampton for ever. They won't come back on a rental deal.

Its got nothing to do with the council being happy. I don't give a toss about the council, they're a load of freeloading arseholes!! But they can't sell sisu what sisu want.

Sisu need to get on with this new ground asap.

The lack of willing to apply any pressure or apportion any blame to the council. People saying that the club should not get the Ricoh. I'm not talking just this thread.

Ok, it's maybe not actually what people want but it's the impression it gives.
