£450,000 if he agrees personal terms he signs tomorrow

I wouldn't be surprised makes sense as Hill83 alluded to earlier..

Edit: My English teacher is watching..

If anyone else has any issues with what they see I am happy to give them the address of my school to issue complaints with regards to my education.

Maybe you could go with him? Just a thought.

Who would have thought someone with the loyalty of Leon Clarke would ever do something like this. Must be the clubs fault.

And why would i want to dt that?

I know what you're saying but its a piss take that for one reason or another we never manage to keep anyone.

Every season its the same shit.

You are wrong. We have managed to keep our owners for 6 years now.

Well that's my last sensible post for today, I'm off out for minimum 10 pints now.

We will expect the slurred ones later then :)

Cov fan .. He's not a great player and very lazy but just scores goals. Wouldn't cut it in the championship though

18 goals is impressive, remember last time he was here he was a young kid, he's a man now with experience of life and football. Trust Jackett

I remember reading about how he was given hand me down boots as an academy player for us, needs to show a lot more respect than he did previously.

Good luck. Does his share defensively but can go missing on the attack and can be wasteful. Might just be bitterness talking, mind

We gave RJ and JOH a 2nd chance so why not Leon Clarke? Good luck to him, if he scores us the goals to get us up then he has done his job

Waste of money to be sat on the bench every week, we play one up front and from what I've seen he shouldn't move Dicko out

I can't say much at the moment as it's still under a news embargo, but the CT will be breaking a big story on Friday. Apparently (please don't quote me) on Saturday it will no longer be January, but a different month, the second month of 2014, I'm led to believe. Please don't shoot the messenger I'm just passing on info from an insider of the Telegraph.

Trust me, it'll be the biggest news story since transfer listed, want-away striker Leon Clarke got a transfer.

CET in bigging up little story as earth shattering news shocker!

I know they won't but they should put something in there about him not allowing to play against us.

Can see him scoring against us in our match with Wolves

IIRC it is against FL rules to do so......although they can have a gentlemans agreement to do so.

Well, they should do that. Some bloke couldn't play in the Norwich match last night.

Yep, I think we'd already signed bell and he wasn't allowed to play against them either IIRC, also Juke for Middlesborough.

Bet he managed to skip over there and away from his contractual obligations here despite his terrible foot injury. Leaves a bad taste and all so unnecessary. He could have achieved exactly the same result just carrying on and waiting for bids to come in. Now goes into the Bellamy bucket of ex players when he could have gone into the Mickey Quinn one. Need two in and quick. The game being called off Saturday would be no bad thing at all.

If Leon Clarke was playing for wolves and was tapped up by us and offered a big signing on fee and a pay rise he'd do the same to get here. You know what you get with Leon I'm afraid.

Bet we never tapped up Robbie Keane

Best news for a while. Complete Judas and not even that good.

Predict he will be hoofed out by Wolves in the summer following an outburst because he can't get in their first team.

Ah, gentlemens' rules only work for gentlemen. This is football. He'll play against us, no doubt.

On the upside, given half a chance Murphy will be able to drown the bast*rd in that puddle on the penalty spot. ;)
