Fidel Castro's mate. But hey, it's cool to love dead oppressive communists.

Just come back from my honeymoon in Cuba and saw a sky blue picture of Ché. Seemed apt.

He wasn't racist though...

An actual Che Guevara quote:

"The blacks, those magnificent examples of the African race who have conserved their racial purity by a lack of affinity with washing, have seen their patch invaded by a different kind of slave: The Portugese.... the black is indolent and fanciful, he spends his money on frivolity and drink; the European comes from a tradition of working and saving which follows him to this corner of America and drives him to get ahead."

He did say those things as a young man but changed his view later. See a later quote:

""Those who kill their own children and discriminate daily against them because of the color of their skin; those who let the murderers of blacks remain free, protecting them, and furthermore punishing the black population because they demand their legitimate rights as free men — how can those who do this consider themselves guardians of freedom?"

Fraytt scored for Hull the other day I believe. I can't see him dropping to League 1.

Nimely I'd be really pleased with

I can't see him dropping down to L1 either but I wouldn't be surprised to see him leave for a championship club. He must be 5th or 6th choice there now that Long and Jelavic have signed

Because nobody else wanted him......next stupid question.

Then you'll know he was a lot of things but not necessarily a racist.

Murderer/terrorist I would give you (including his own men).

Most historians conclude he was racist. The quote made was in his 20's and he was dead in his 30's wasn't he? His racist origins aren't they surprising. He believed the Portuguese race was superior to the African population that dominated Cuba. Yes also he was a generally unpleasant guy who believed in executing political enemies and had a penchant for wanted to nuke the west. Other than that he was lovely and had a lovely choice of hats.

Always makes me laugh how he's become some sort of cult hero.

I think my new avatar is less offensive; unless of course the viewer is a vile, money grabbing, corporate scumbag who would do anything to turn over a profit.

However if they were to go the Scottish route inwould like them to sign John Sutton, think he could do a very good job in this league

In an attempt to get this back on track....

What we need to find is our own version of Rickie Lambert or Grant Holt. Someone who can take us through the divisions. Hopefully we can pull something out the hat.

One goal in two years, and released by Bristol Rovers !

He was released by Bristol Rovers a year ago. Been a free agent for 12 months now, apparently he offered his services for free and clubs still rejected him. Training with Carlisle at the moment.

Astute, Cochese exposed you earlier. You have lost this one as well, your one eyed myopia is getting the better of you.

You used to be good. You're better than this.

So show me where this happened?

He was trying to defend SISU on charging our club nearly 4m a year in mismanagement fees and interest.....saying how do we know it still happens as they have stopped publishing their accounts. You were the only one defending his one sided views. If it would have been a credible debate he would have been joined by others. Neither of you would say how much you thought they were still putting our club more into debt by.....but saying there was nothing to point towards them still doing it. Why start doing something illegal by not publishing the accounts if they have nothing to hide?

You are a good poster until you hit defence mode of SISU. The only problem is they have done so much wrong to our club that you are in SISU defence mode most of the time.

And back on track........Zamora has been told he can go. 33 now so age not on his side, but would expect a payoff from QPR. How much does he want to play football, how much would he want on top of his payoff to play and who else would be interested? He cost them 4m just 2 years ago.
