About 1 mile from Sixfields, quite a gloomy miserable day with only sporadic drizzle - should expect the game to go ahead.
The weather report is the new 'what's the attendance' zzzzzz

Can't see how postponements are going to pus pressure on CCFC, NTFC or the FL. If something was
going to work it would have by now. All the bad publicity for them and continued good publicity for us (march, "why", etc) hasn't worked. Only the suits can sort it out. All postponements will do will put more pressure on the team, increase the chance of injuries and increase the chances of a relegation battle. Wish ill on SISU by all means but not your club.
Lol you really are blinded and desperate !!!

I think a fixture backlog would make the FL respond - clubs with something to play for relegation / promotion won't be happy with inconvenient fixtures - limited breaks between games. If the pitch deteriorates and Cobblers fans blame this for their relegation. We are mid-table all the way and if we do get into a relegation scrap it won't be due to fixture congestion it will be the inability of the club to provide the players to a good manager - transfer embargoes and reduced funding etc..

How are postponements in what has been the wettest start to the year in years and years going to force anybody's hand?
You really are thick if you believe otherwise.
I will answer your question the insult wasn't necessary though !!!
Forget the weather that is not the issue if only one team were playing at sixfields even with all the rain we have had the fixtures would easily be completed !!
To think otherwise you would be lacking brain cells....
I know its not a big chance but there is a chance that if a couple more games get called off this would cause chaos completing fixtures. And if that was to happen it would continue to keep our plight in the media hopefully at least cause some embarrassment to the football league !!

Presumably you're praying for a plague of locusts tonight? Odd that we've gone from match predictions to weather reports.
Jordan Clarke playing as striker, the young lad 16 year old player as striker, the Slag playing as striker - SP has not had the depth of squad to effectively compete for the whole season.
The locusts have already took over our club .
They have devoured our fans and are now working on the rest of the team.
We need an insecticide to rid us of these pests.
I don't think Pressley can complain about the provision
of players this season, whether they be permanent signings or loans. We've only lost one of our "stars" and that was because he wanted to go to his hometown club. Really don't think wishing a fixture backlog on the team with help anyone and it certainly won't hinder the FL or SISU. We'll just play loads of fixtures in March or April. And that won't hurt anyone but the team and Pressley.
Why's that? Long term injury to our star striker and the sale of the other star striker. We didn't have replacements as SP seemed not to fancy who he could get. He waited until he got the players HE wanted. It was uncomfortable for a few games until he got those players but I'd rather that than get players we don't want or need.
Will it lead to a change of heart from SISU? That's what you seemed to say would happen,
John.
