Well that was disappointing. I don't mind losing, but the way we did bugs me.

Players didn't look interested for the majority of the game, no change at half time, only striker in the squad overlooked over the entire 90, McGeouch offered us very little when he came on and Maund may (and I do emphasise may) have been a better option.

I'm not pressing the panic button.......yet

Was that rumour about the players taking a second pay cut true do you know?

Even so any experienced player will be still be earning in a week what most of us get net in a month. Really need some answers from our owners - SP has done wonders but not sure this decline can be turned round

Hopefully Pressley will make some changes in defence now after he talks about our rubbish defending. Get Blair back in at LB and I'd consider dropping Webster and Christie

Presley assessment was it was not good enough

Have to come to places like this and win

Said up until last 3 weeks we were a team getting good plaudits. Great when things go your way. But great way to assess is how players react. Today, several players let us down. Can accept mistakes bad passes but can't accept a lack of working hard.

Players left knowing in no uncertain terms his unhappiness

Have to understand results like that are unacceptable

Manner losing goals is poor

Goal to pen, goal to set play, goal to good up the park

Yes, we're without a striker but performance wasn't good enough
Have to show as a group we can get over that

Show we have the stomach

Not a lack of effort or willingness to work; was when we went behind because we lost a goal in 1st half, but worked hard. After goals went in, we gave up.

Has to always be a belief and mentality

Players can't be feeling sorry for themselves

Young players but have experienced relegation so have to be better

Soft penalty which was frustrating but have to react to that set back

Show better mentality

haven't become a poor team over night

Over 90 mins not performed well

Need to stop hemaraging goals

Few signing lights especially Marshall

Got in good deliveries from wide areas

Michael deserved goal

Great ball from Marshall to combine with Michael
Will get back on training ground and work hard to get back to winning ways

Need to take responsibility and handle disappointment better

Mentality Separates top players

Petrasso is a talent

I have my doubts also. We've been outplayed and comprehensively beaten by teams in the bottom 6. We're 5 points above the relegation zone and in abysmal form. There's always a team that drops into trouble.

I posted on here some time ago that I think we'll struggle to get another 12 points this season. Relegation is looking more likely each week as we lose to teams that are below us in the table.

Marshall talking with Geoff said he appreciates that he's been through a lot of Adversity so he's going to go out and enjoy every minute he gets in the field, whether it be 5 or 10 minutes, or a start.

I know it's only words but that's the kind of attitude I want from players. Be grateful for their chances.

He's probably gone the wrong way about parts of his career, which I don't think he's shying away from, but I hope he can pass that attitude on to others.

Doesn't strike me as your stereotypical type of player (attitude wise) you tend to see now a days, which is also good to hear

Just a observation.
Fisher was outside the stadium entrance when I went past him. Surrounded by 'Coventry Fans' laughing and joking with him.
Just a question but why are you friendly with him? Why did you not let him have your piece of mind?
Anybody ?

Before kick off or after the final whistle?

Imagine if this was leeds or millwall and a group of their fans saw him

You walked past him, why didn't you give him a piece of your mind?
It was probably the same fans that were worshipping Mr Coventry at the charity match.

I didn't want to ruin my new trainers with all those fans wanking over him.

What a disgrace those so called City fans are, arse lickin round that tosser.

There's certainly an air from a few that go to Sixfields that they are a different breed of fan. I sensed the same at the Stadium Forum with the blatant brown-nosing of Garlick desperate to curry favour.

More like you're a big puff with no bollocks, if I'd have seen him I wouldn't have walked past the c*nt without saying something.

Or we were late and needed a drink. Must admit though I did feel I hadn't done what I wanted too and thought about going back until I got interested in the Chelses Everton match :)

Why are Leeds/Millwall fans always cited as the perfect examples of how a set of fans should act?

Vandalism & fighting = passion

Boycotting, marching and holding "Why", "When" signs = no passion

However, getting a banning order for running on a pitch with a sisu out te-shirt is bang out of order, regardless of the rules.

(Edit: these are not my own beliefs, I'm just paraphrasing what posters mean when they mention Millwall and Leeds fans)

Oh, I see; the fact that we don't go around trashing places means that we have no passion and are not real supporters.

I'm not the one who keeps mentioning Millwall and Leeds fans.

I'm against all that crap, I was just paraphrasing what those that cite Millwall and Leeds fans are insinuating.

Says the poster who accused me of dividing supporters.

Were you the one in the glasses like bottle bottoms looking him in the eyes from just below his belt and drooling every time he blamed ACL?

I can only say it as it was and those fans were obviously enjoying the moment.

You seem to know a lot about the conversation ;)
