Don't know about the Ricoh part, but a capable manager could have kept us up that season. Thorn had no idea how to react to what the opposition was doing so we surrendered games far too often.

Balanced Who? name one

No one on here is balanced anymore that I can see.

There are plenty of people with a balanced view. They tend to be mostly the ones labelled as Sisu apologists. The fact is they are as anti Sisu as anyone generally they just don't feel that every last thing, even something completely unrelated, has to be Sisu's fault. Emotions are high but people just need to take a step back sometimes and look at the bigger picture.

Agree. I think a lot of fans were too soft on him because of the shit position the owners put him.in, myself included. What he is doing at Kiddy shows he hasn't got a clue.

Not even maybe a capable manager, just someone who had the slightest clue would have done nicely.

I said after we sacked him that he would never get a job managing ever again. No accouting for Kidderminster's stupidity though. More fool them for employing him.

Given your support for him its safe to say you have zero credibility on this issue.

I stated repeatedly that I couldn't judge him as he wasn't backed as a rookie manager needed to be. You simply blamed him and absolved our owners of any culpability. Ditto when ACL crossed yiour mates. Ditto the council

Still waiting on the prize of your ill-fated wager, MMM.

You could be no more fair, fine Sir. And in return, I'll clear from my memory the recollection of your 'wasted loan'...

Also ignoring the 'I hope he proves me wrong' part of the post in question-water under the bridge though, pork scratchings are too tempting to argue over.

SISU and the clueless fans who called for his continued employment are both to blame.

Kidderminster Harriers can confirm that First Team Manager Andy Thorn and Assistant First Team Coach Craig Knight are to leave the club with immediate effect.

The club’s Board of Directors would like to place on record their thanks to Andy and Craig for their efforts whilst in charge at Aggborough.

The club feels that by making a change now, the team will have a better opportunity to not only finish the current season strongly but, equally as importantly, will also be able to carry momentum forward into the start of a new season – whichever division that may be in.

A further announcement will be forthcoming on the club website shortly.

Oh dear :( If only we had done that!!

His severance package from Cov included free legal advice from SISU lawyers for the next five years of his career. He believes certain posts on here have accelerated his demise at Kidderminster. He is planning to claim damages from an unknown poster whose relentless Epic campaign resulted in deformation of his character.

According to someone who I walk my dogs with, whose sister is married to a plumber, who is fitting a boiler for Andy Thorne's son.

It's dongle and its the club taking action. Kidderminster read his comments and thought they'd hired the next Alex ferguson.

Hope you are not too upset about your friends demise old fruit.

I feel genuine sadness for anyone who finds themselves out of a job; be that a football manager, bus conductor, or a nurse. I find it distasteful in the extreme that you childishly dance with joy; but am not totally surprised to be frank
