There are 3 players with interest in them that would reduce the wage bill and are not deemed crucial to first team plans shall we say then? Freddie, Wood and one other which may be slightly surprising.

Slightly suprising in which way? As in slightly surprising someone wants them or slightly surprising we don't consider them crucial to first team plans?

Just the name the player:p?

i'm guessing Platt may still be wanted by Norwich - they enquired about him a while back and may want a back up cheap big man - played for Lambert at Colchester so he would know what he is getting.

I think this is more wishful thinking considering Norwich are in the premiership.

I assumed that was for their big play-off push. I would be surprised if Norwich still want Platt

Probably knowing our shady lot it would be Bell or McPake, hence the reason we gave them new deals to safeguard the fee although I suspect their agents would have been aware of interest.

My best guess would be that it's Hussey now he's broken through. We beat off a lot of competition for him when we signed him and then efused to play him for 12 months.

And leave us with no LB for the season? I think it may be Cranie or Baker

We have three saleable assets: Cranie, Clingan and Juke.

Thomas may be an addition to that list.

Other than that, the squad are a bunch of free transfers waiting to happen

He didn't say was to be sold, he said attracting interest. And we know if the money is right, they won't consider having no LB and will inform AT that Wood, Clarke and Cranie have played there previously.

Fair enough but he said " not deemed crucial to first team plans"
Imo Hussey would not come under this as he is our only natural LB. I would have thought a player who is either on the fringe of squad i.e Baker or in a position we have lots of cover for.

Carl Baker, surely? Wanted by Brum in January (incredibly!), but never really delivered for us. In which case the red is going to stop any sale for a while.

Hussey not vital to first team? Wow.

There are no other investors believe me, Dallyo and his cronies have one job to broker as good a deal as possible for their paymasters who are in the shit. Ask yourselves the question, who can carry on putting half a million a month into this business for what ? This is why no players have been brought in, this is why King and Gunarsson were allowed to leave and this is why any half decent cash offer would be accepted for Clingan, the duke or a fit Ben Turner. Who is going to invest into that, what are they investing in, what does Coventry City have asset wise to buy into. SISU are finished it is just a case of what crap they leave us in and IF Hoffman's contacts stick around, that is my worry.

I'm certainly not pro SISU by any means but they are talking to other potential investors, they met one lot on Thursday with more lined up over the next few weeks.

I guess Doolaly considers anyone browsing in the club shop a potential investor so its not a lie just another example of miscommunication.

If there are really meetings Snoz then I expect us to have more Directors than players by the end of the month.
