Go to the FA with? FFS, SISU took the club out of Coventry to Northampton and the FA endorsed it. Why is turning up to a ladies game going to suddenly make them think "you know, there's more to this Coventry situation than we first thought"?

It sends a message that they got it wrong and that we want our team back in Cov. But maybe you think they got it right ?

Oh, nice try. Of course I don't think they got it right. What a stupid thing to say. The Arsenal game was magnificent as was the Notts County one. And there there was the March and the Legends game. Everyone knows it wrong, the message has already reached SISU, ACL, CCC and the FL.

It sends a message that they got it wrong and that we want our team back in Cov. But maybe you think they got it right ?

The charity match sent a message, Arsenal sent a message. They quite clearly couldn't care less?

Didn't the suffragettes send a few messages and protests before women got the vote ??
And they showed more balls than some men on here I could mention !

Yes, I'm not disagreeing with that, although others might. I'm saying it won't make any difference.

Equally if people go to see the ladies they are supporting the ladies and not ACL at the Ricoh. And I'm not even going

OR something is done that all fans can agree on?

Do we not all agree that it's wrong the team are being kept hostage in Northampton. Just because the FL sanctioned it doesn't mean we have to as fans by turning up.

And before someone says supporting the team is not supporting sisu, I know and I'll prove it when they return our team home.

Like I said yesterday I think you going to Sixfields me on the hill doesn't matter a shit we're not relevant, the ones that are relevant are the ones doing neither they might be lost forever thats the sad thing

Can;t argue with that. I feel I go to Sixfields to support my team and if people want to go to the Ricoh then fair play to them. I certainly don't have issue with it. My thoughts are just that it won't help the current situation.

That is a fair enough argument to make. Other points mentioned are taking it a bit far.

I will be on the hill of the day of that game.

And normally I would be - will be there again tomorrow. I just think this is worth trying as a collective effort for those that wish to join in. I have been to watch the ladies on a couple of earlier occasions and really enjoyed it, plus this is a big game for them in Coventry which is important. I hope I won't have my season ticket for the Hill cancelled as a result!

Of course people have their own right to do what they want and I hope it is a good game and they enjoy themselves. I don't see where I have abused anybody?

My own is opinion is that the trust should be balanced as an organisation before promoting things like this, as people and individuals of course they will have their own opinions.

So by planning to promote an event at the same time as a city game is not going to do anything in terms of "us and them" and division?

The Trust should represent the fans.

The vast majority (89% ??) do not support CCFC playing in Northampton. Why should they be balanced ?

Some Sixfields attendees have lost the plot !!

No it will be fine as long as no one buys any F&B's whilst their there...

Well since I have bought quite a few away tickets from the CCFC club shop, and in doing so have 'reluctantly' given some money to SISU, would it be ok if I bought a cup of tea at the ladies game. All in the interest of being even handed you see, as recently I have must have given more money to SISU than ACL, and I certainly don't wish people to think that I have inadvertently become a SISU supporter.:D

Oh it wasn't the magic 90%. I think about 99.9% would rather be in Coventry (the rest are WUM)

I think the Trust should be balanced else it just back fires. You are saying you don't want them to be balanced but then are outraged when SISU / The Club don't want to know?

And many of them blame the council as much as sisu. Some attendees at Sixfields will blame sisu more than the council.

You cannot just conveniently pigeon people into boxes.

Do people really blame the Council as much as Sisu ?
I would have thought most, rather than some, attendees at Sixfields will blame Sisu more than the council.

Your continued delusion becomes more transparent.

Ah, so his "continued delusion" must be disappearing then if it's more transparent? :thinking about:

This may come as a shock, so sit down, SISU/The Club don't want to know.
Sorry to pop your bubble.

The 89% is my latest calculation based on information gleaned from the mammoth thread on Northampton attendees :D

Yes, the club don't want to know because they accuse the Trust of being sided with ACL. IF the trust start promoting events at the Ricoh then it just gives the club more ammo doesn't it? They can be smug and say "look, we said this, we are right".

I hope too many don't turn up and Cov ladies incur the 'fees' related to a higher number of supporters attending a game.

How can the trust re-build bridges with CCFC when you have arseholes like Labovitch saying what he said at the last SCG meeting. To me, it should be the club building the bridges after that last meeting.

Is this an argument of which came first the chicken or the egg? My point being it's irrelevant really who did what first, both sides need to be rebuilding bridges with each other, I'd be a little annoyed if I thought that a Group was supporting an act that conspired against me, yet I can see the Trust's argument, problem being the Trust have said they'd like to get a part ownership of the Club at some point in the future, etc, how can they possibly achieve this when they're not on sides with the Club?

A letter full of questions posted to ACL/CCC isn't relatively enough pressure towards CCC/ACL that there should be.

I am sorry if it offends anyone involved, I know CJ really well and I know CJ among others are trying desperately well to get the Club back to where it belongs, but the Trust has taken an action here and I can keep thinking what are they trying to achieve? Like I said earlier, the Trust backed the Legends game of which there were 8,000+ fans there, the Trust backed the Ross Emslie charity game and that attracted more than attendees at Sixfields and yet we are still there, so explain to me what a women's football match will achieve?
