The Football League finally being shown up for what it is. When will they ever stop with their rabidly anti SISU rhetoric and begin to see the bigger picture ? More divisive nonsense.
surely the jr is just another small step. It assumes there will be a definite decision for one side or the other and that both sides accept the decision. Likelihood is that the "loser" will appeal and things will continue to drag on.This show that FL is not a sisu puppet as suggested. They are just as much open to arguments and pressure from 'the other side'.
In my opinion it's all about the JR.
Sisu will show all their 'plans and preparations' for a new stadium and argue they are well and truly on track.
I wouldn't be the least surprised if the liquidation of limited and holdings is finalized in the next week or two and ACL is repaid according to the agreement sisu have with FL.
Will be interesting to see if they have enough ammunition to stall the FL till after the JR.

Well the FA at last are beginning to talk the talk. Although we are a long way from them walking the walk.
Pity its taken far too long, and it still appears like rhetoric.
Lets now see if their actions will speak louder than their words. I suspect I will be massively disappointed.
This could (and I only say could) be the push that this whole charade needed. Sisu were happy to bluff along until after the JR but with the season ending before that and the FL needing answers then Sisu have to start to do something. Even seeing plans would not do it for me because they are meaningless without identifying land to build it on. Maybe this was a clever play by ACL/CCC saying to delay the JR because they know that Sisu are all wind and piss and no real substance and with the FL saying that none of the stipulations they gave to Sisu being met, they will need to do something real for a change. As the FL now have all the player registrations and other mishaps out in the open and old news, Sisu have no real hold over them and the FL can and SHOULD show some bollocks and start to push Sisu into a corner.
The FL has the option to withdraw the golden share and thus eject the current club from the league. The fixtures for the new season would then be prepared after adjustments to fill the vacant slot in League One (additional promotion, reprieve from relegation?). CCFC would be given a window to re apply for league membership but in a lower league. But the big question is What can be done if sisu/otium/arvo don't provide evidence of how, when or where the ground will be built
Secretary: Timmy (that's what she calls him), the Football League are on the phone again.
Tim: Er, OK. Tell them I'm on the other line
Secretary: Sorry, to keep you waiting. I've just tried and he's on the other line. Can I get him to call you back?
FL: He's "been on the other line" for seven months
Secretary. Sorry, about that. I'm sure he'll definitely ring you this time.
FL: This is not good enough you know. We'll give him another three years to get back to us or else we'll be blimmin' cross. You tell him that.
Secretary: OK, will do. Twat.
FL: I heard that.
Secretary: Sorry.
FL: Don't forget. Blimmin' cross.
You missed off the ending. "We will be sending a letter of complaint"
or -- "you'll be hearing from our Lawyers " ... maybe ?
Speaking of paying what they owe, why did the FL not insist on them paying the £1M bond?
