To be fair, changing sides is nothing new for Sinclair, as are corruption accusations. Les Reid has vanished from the planet..that is strange. Robins had asked for assurances from Joy, which were not forthcoming, so, strange if he then slagged of ACL who are only the landlords and cannot give assurances regarding the team. One thing that is IMHO sure, is that if SISU had anything on CCC or ACL that is game changing, ML would be stammering it over all the media instead of cheap digs and innuendos. The half of CCC plus ACL would be on the next train to London to start negotiations to stop the JR.

As a test of your charm we should put you in a room with Sinclair to see if you can make her change sides again.

Edit: removed the "her/him" reference as the point was regarding the changing anti-SISU/pro-SISU changes in her opinions that should be changed back before tackling the harder task of changing the SISU/Otium stubbornness.

That is true, but that would be necessary to start open negotiations. It is often the case that in conflict situations both sides put down their weapons when entering serious negotiations. CCC would have been giving up their "weapon" as well. The JR involves potentially costly and time consuming litigation - win or lose - as Joy has threatened. A perfectly reasonable trade off if one really wanted to negotiate, but Joy doesn't waste time on negotiations ( as stated in her interview ).

I would imagine he got given a cease and desist order for how much he was digging up. PWKH told me he was surprised I hadn't had one myself so Reid may well have had someone have a word.

I don't know since I don't post anything that isn't in the public domain. However, if he thought that what I was posting might get such an order then Les Reid, actively doing investigative journalism and reporting on it, would be a likely contender also.

If PWKH thought that then it sounds like he is referring to SISU lawyers, so you must have touched on something of interest but did not realise it.

Wonder what caused Robinson to change his opinion?

Maybe, but like I said nothing I or 99% of posters here write could not have been found without publicly available information. Investigative journalists are employed to find out what isn't publicly available and it's there where Reid may have fallen foul by going too far.

Or it could be a much simpler explanation-no need for conspiracy theories just yet I think.

What do you know that's not in the public domain about those individuals who might know about things that are not in the public domain?

Not really people like to try and throw their weight around. Knowle on GMK has said he's had complaints from the other side in this dispute. I've had some interesting PMs telling me to back off and you can guess it wasnt sisu sending those. I'm not revealing who sent them so believe what you will but clearly they have had a massive impact on my posting behaviour.
