I think it would be a good signing if we could land him for the whole of next season.

I'd agree with that. Interesting that my mate, a die-hard QPR fan, had never heard of him. Probably a good thing if we're trying to hold onto him. ;)

with the obvious caveat that he could go back to QPR for cup games, important league games, to cover the club shop at lunch times etc

You can't blame him really, they've got around three million players by the looks of things.

Only seen him play at Colchester, and although it was a crap game he did look quite impressive.

I agree we sjould keep him but its now more imperative that he gets a Centre Forward in that does'nt have to go back to his mother club to clean the shite houses if you ask me? SP says its difficult! well it will be because you aint gunna get a top notch player at this stage of the season. He really needs Experience, someone who's been around the block,an imposing figure, Dele Adebola springs to mind. He would be a good foil for Wilson

judging by how Leon Clarke is going down at Wolves, he might be available :D

Think QPR might need him, our 'arry is doing another wonderful job there, languishing with a mass of highly paid prima donnas and helping to saddle the "R's" with massive debt as he did at West Ham and Portsmouth. Sure to be a mass exodus in the summer.

Have you ever noticed though on the football league show that every lower league club seems to have a striker from either Arsenal or Man Utd?

I did read that if QPR dont go up, Arry is walking, which with his form that wouldn't surprise me. Was surprised he stuck around for one season in the championship never mind staying for more. Any new boss might favour him!

I agree though he will be a very good addition over a whole season if we can get him.

I heard on Talksport this morning that Harry Redknapp is considering quitting as he is having problems geting about with his Knees. They have tons of players and are struggling. There wage bill is ridicalous. I haven't seen Petrasso play but only heard good things about him. Also as it was mentioned, as Leon Clarke even played for Wolves yet or is he injured? Seems such a pointless signing.

Scored his first goal for them last week in their 4-1 win and came on as sub last night iirc.

Franck Moussa was on Shane O'Connor's show on CWR yesterday I think , he said he did not know if the club was intending to offer him a new contract.

I take that to mean the club probably don't want to extend his contract next season.

I am a bit surprised this snippet of news has not had its own thread

If redknap fails to get the team up I think someone will be walking him out the door. Can't see many new offers coming in either.

Thats what we think every time but he is one of those characters that keep getting a job, and the fans always seem to like him at the start.

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes is preparing a summer move for highly-rated QPR youngster Michael Petrasso.
Canadian Petrasso, 18, was signed for the Rs by Hughes in 2012 following his release from Toronto FC, back when the Welshman was in charge of the west London club.

Thats Interesting ,that we don't even know he's out of contract and are looking to take him on a season long loan next season.:thinking about:

Correct - I read soemwhere that the QPR wage bill is 40% higher than Borrousia Dortmund's!

OK most of them are dead wood, over the hill or simply not interested in anything other than cashing pay cheques but even so!

I'm almost certain Harry Is recompensed through a percentage basis of all transfer activity.:eek:
