At the risk of an impending shit storm coming my way, I would like to ask a question and hope people do not take this question the wrong way.
What is the point and purpose of going to watch the game on the hill? Is it a protest or literally just to watch the game whilst not paying for a ticket due to the thinking that you still want to watch a game but do not want to give any money to the club under SISU ownership?
I'm genuinely intrigued and not poking fun here at all.

Are you for real?......the object of those that go to the hill is to say to Shitzu....."we are here and would go inside if the ground was in Cov.".......Are you really so thick that you cannot understand the rationale?

Well, if you're really curious why ask the question (which has been explained on here before) and why not go and see for yourself. Unless of course you're poking fun?

Because I live over 200 miles away and don't really like the idea of travelling 400 miles in a day to sit on a hill to see half of a football match. Not that I have to justify to anyone on here why I won't be partaking. Why would I be poking fun? I'm merely asking for the reasons people have for doing it?
Some people on this forum can get so tetchy with what is essentially a fairly innocuous question.

Yes, my mistake! The post stands however. Those going to the hill are stating that they would be going in if the ground was in Cov. I think that it is a worthwhile statement and I take my hat off to them.Yes, tonylinc, I really am that thick.
So thick I put my responses within someone else's quote.

Serious question. Would you drive 70mile round trip if there was no hill?
Personaly I watch the game from the hill because I enjoy it we can see most of the game and am with other City fans and friends.
To me its not so much of a protest but a personal statement that I feel its wrong that we are playing in Northampton when we have a fantastic stadium in Coventry.
No problems with anyone who either wants to stay at home or go into Sixfields it's all a personal choice, but my decision is to go to every away game and watch home games from a hill.
