Any Chance Of Saturdays Game Being Cancelled? (2 Viewers)

Just wondering if the violence in Birmingham escalates to what it has in London. Will the game against Brum be cancelled? The stadium isn't far from the City Centre and could be a risk of bad violence at the actual game if the little shits get down to St Andrews.

West Hams game just been postponed and it sounds like Palace and Charltons might be too. So if it gets any worse in Brum it sounds like it could be in danger.

If Blues game goes ahead, we'll have something else to sing about telling them they're supposed to be in jail/out rioting/starting fires etc etc. It will add to our limited repetoire, so as they say "every cloud ... "

Yeah it will give Ben Turner time to regain his fitness and play against us if the reports are true

Personally, if the riots are still going on by Thursday morning, I can see there being a complete postponement on all games in the premier & football leagues. The situations too unpredictable to have any large crowds in any city at the moment as could kick off anywhere, any time.

JUST MY OPINION

Yeah, i agree. If it carries on like this they may have to. Most of them probably like football so if we just stop all matches, the thick wankers may realize there even pissing off themselves and stop.

Funny how some games have been postponed yet Leeds vs Bradford is still going ahead (Leeds had trouble too last night)! Sure there won't be any trouble at that one

Nottingham had trouble too and yet Forest v county is still on, as is Ghana v Nigeria in Watford (those two countries have a fierc rivalry at the best of times)

Bristols off tonight as there was a bit of trouble there

Blues aren't playing so obviously nothing to do there.

I think with more police on call in other areas football violence may break out on top

To be fair the people that are rioting aren't exactly the football crowd type.

I think it's more to do with having big crowds. More likely to bring out a mob mentality.

Bertola, didn't realise Forest and County were playing to be honest. Can't see why that hasn't been either then. I just heard it's about to kick off in Wolves too so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot, if not all, games are postponed at the weekend. Spreading like a virus.

Well I know a load of the Villa lot are heading into town later to try and sort them out. So much for football hooligans having no pride in their city hey
