Is anything the fans have done currently different for instance to Torch's efforts re Richardson Or my daughters re the council ?

Cause and effect ,are the trust doing any more than scrutiny of the Owners that would be open to anyone who had been a shareholder/

Have any of the important real questions been answered....... the ones where the financial risks and future of the club are explained properly, the ones that clearly shows where the "new" stadium will be, the ones that explains how the stadium will be financed and the extra income that will be generated for the team, importantly how will we afford next year to have a competitive squad etc ............ NO we are busy analysing largely irrelevant bickering on the basis of a private conversation between two men (one word against the other) worrying about private emails, busy taking sides with opinions split, analysing the Trust or SCG

If I were being cynical I might say job well done .................. :thinking about:

I agree why now when they seem to be working a lot better? I didn't think Michael had much to do with the Trust now anyway to be fair.

I could understand months ago when the Trust could come across as "shouty" but why are they picking out just 2 people?

There is a vast misconception re Micheal and I don't think you can have met him ,the portrayals are totally inaccurate.

his initiatives have been extremely successful so far and that is why they are targeting him.

No I didn't mean anything personal by him, but I thought he wasn't part of the Trust as much now or on the board?

I also don't doubt just how much work and passion he puts into things.

If I remember rightly he resigned from the Trust to set up KCIC some time last year.

The trust just needs to come out and say that only it's member's can dictate a change of leadership, not an employee of sisu/otium.

Just about spot on imo. Every time Labovitch, Fisher or their acolytes such as Ward & Strange make any comment not related to these key issues, true spokespersons for the supporters should drag them back to these key points about: accounts, future investment, returning to the Ricoh and while personally I'm not interested in the new land or the new stadium as I believe it is irrelevant, that topic should also be on the list as it exemplifies their failures to live up to their word.

Labovich sounds like a right tosser - really aggressive and combatitive - not at all professional. The Trust do unfortunately have to look at their stance over the Haskell/Elliot stuff but not using them as a consultation group by the club is a big mistake .
You can hardly blame the Trust for their suspicions about SISU but do they really want to engage with the club however distasteful that may seem?

As for Michael , his KCIC sideshow gets a bit of publicity but doesnt really move the debate on - at least he seems to have a bit of a plan, even if a bit hairbrained

The Trust look weak and divided at a time they need to speak with clarity and unity. The labovitch email if true is embarrasing for the Trust highlighting there is no clear action plan or coherent message from the trust - that would be my biggest concern.

There is no point in the Trust looking at its stance with Haskell or Elliott, what's done is done. The Trust could say to the CCFC board that they'd have to look at the decisions they made with regard to Ranson, Coleman, Boothroyd, Thorn, Delieu etc etc but it would be equally pointless.

On 10[SUP]th[/SUP] March 2014 the Sky Blue Trust offered to assist Mr Labovitch’s own suggestion on CWR in setting up a forum where he and the clubs accountant could answer the many questions raised by the clubs financial situation. These concerns were highlighted by the recent timely filing of the clubs accounts. The Trust offer was refused out of hand and the first "revelation" of this email mysteriously found its way to the CT. I did not provide the email to the CT directly or indirectly. The contents of this private e-mail from Mr Labovitch, relating to private conversations between he and myself, and my reaction to them were answered in the subsequent article in the CT http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/coventry-city-director-accused-underhand-6841703

Last week I wrote an article in the CT Fans Zone again asking for the club and its directors to explain the clubs financial position and how the club will move forward. This was followed shortly after by a new poster appearing to SBT, whose only post was a personal attack and disclosing in full that same private e-mail. I am not making any claim of conspiracy against any party, merely confirming the order of events.

I consider Ray Stephens a personal friend and someone who I sat near to at the Ricoh for many seasons, I have the utmost respect for Ray and the work he does with the Diamond club. I have known Pat Raybould for many years and the work she does selflessly and unpaid for the JSB's is an inspiration to us all, Pat knows how highly I value her efforts for the youngsters who follow our club because I have told her. The accusation that I have deliberately insulted either of these individuals is quite simply wrong.

I will leave people to make their own minds up about the purpose of the disclosure of private emails. It is not my place to question anyone’s honesty or to make unfounded accusations. Nor have I or will I.

At a time where the clubs financial state is causing grave concern to many supporters as to how it can survive even in the short term let alone in the future it seems far more important to attack a supporters group – Now why would that be?

I think you are right there, the trust have no plan to resolve the situation, they are drifting & hoping something will turn up.

The trust committee certainly need to agree some ground rules between themselves.

I think they can assume from this point that anything said in confidence may be disclosed for publication & need to protect themselves accordingly.

At least Michael is doing something.

Or that 16 May (1987) was possibly the biggest day in the club's history and therefore comparisons with individual's actual birthdays could be off the mark.

Megan Fox was born May 16th according to Wikipedia. I'd like to request we don't rule out it being her.

What about the accusations of trying to oust some members from the Trust?

So it's confirmed then that Megan Fox is taking over the club - excellent news. Probably knows more about football than anyone on the board at the moment.

Well yes, these days being able to put together a sentence is enough to be deemed posh. Whoever put together this e-mail certainly struggled-for Labovitch's sake I hope it wasn't him...

If it wasn't Mr Lobovitch who either created and or sanctioned the posted mail, then I guess Nick is now being pursued by the legal beagles. If he isn't then Mr L is happy with it. Make of that what you wish.

Not really, I haven't ever been pursued by their leagle beagles (to date) and things that are a lot worse have been posted.

You're accepting the preposition that the Trust didn't engage with the club. I've said it before and I'll say it until I'm blue in face: It was the club that disengaged from the Trust, not the other way around. I've seen the letters of response refusing to talk to the Trust, I've seen the questions and requests put to all sides equally and only the club refusing to answer.

Please don't buy this wholesale.

Besides, the Trust should be able to represent the feelings of their members without reprisal from the club. Just as reporters should be able to report without fear of being banned from the club.

It's a club. It's ours. Whoever owns it should remember that and honour it IMO.

So can Nick tell us:

a) If the OP posts on here as anyone else?
b) where the IP address is from?

If someone if into 'outing' personal emails, then Nick should out them and let us have more visibility of the game that's going on...
