Conor Thomas tweet (1 Viewer)

Conor has tweeted apologising for the defeat tonight. Saying that they will make up for it Saturday.

Christie has also retweeted Conor's tweet.

This is clearly affecting the youngsters.

A defeat will affect any player with the merest hint of professional pride about them.

It's about time the more expierenced lads stood up and took the responsability upon themselves to drive the team forward. If this carries on much longer then the young lads need to be taken out of the squad for a few weeks to take the pressure of them.

Its nice think that something has been said to them all in the dressing room and it hasn't gone in one ear and out the other!

Can people post players (or anyone of ccfc interest) twitter names up please.

And replace them with who?

AT barely has any money to bring 1 loan player in (cheers SISU!).

Its not fair on the kids but that's the situation were in. :(

Can't fault the sentiment and I don't blame the young guys, but words are cheap. They are all bored on the bus on their way back, feeling sorry for themselves and it's just something to do. They need help. The experienced players need help. The manager needs help. We all need help. :blue:

we could swap them with other kids, or play players out of position for a bit. we need to protect the young lads as much as possible.

They're teenagers Tweeting each other after the games finished at 10 o'clock at night?

Shouldn't they be out looting?

They should, maybe come back with a couple of midfielders and a striker under their arms.

More use to us than a 42" LCD TV.

Once you add one, the others will be followed by him.

Jordan and Cyrus on there too.

Just added Issac and he replied straight away.

they shouldnt be oppologising ... as soon as we can they will be replaced by better more experienced players. there will be no lyalty from us to them they owe us nothing. unless they are oppologising because they did something wrong .. like not give 100% which they did didnt they? theyre just not good enough yet ... it is the club and suisu that should oppologise

Give them time off? FFS the season is only two games old. This will be the making of them. To carry the responsibility is good for young people, and it's up to AT to carry the flack for them.

I think we shold be looing at the more experienced players like sheffers and asking questions rather than the kids. Having said that, if they are 'not ready' to play in the 1st team they should not be there, if they are ready they should take responsibility like the rest of the team.

How can we blame 3 17 year old kids for last night? Senior players need to step up. Sheff was awful, again, missed a sitter. Crannie had one of the worst games I can ever remember him having. Bell just ran around a lot with the ball without creating much. The kids did OK, but we are desparate for some new blood to help them out, else we are going down, make now mistake about that

So who else are we going to play, we would end with 8 players on the pitch
