A valuation, even on this basis, will cost a few thousand. I doubt these guys are stupid enough to waste their money (I hope I'm right). They would need to know what's being valued as well, it's been discussed many times that there is no point owning the ground without at least a share in the lease.

Didn't SISU suggest the valuation stuff also?

OK let's post a list of things we're not happy about each side doing:

I'll do Sisu:

- moved club out of city
- attacked fans groups
- threatened to liquidate club
- refused forum on financial future of club that they suggested
- tried to sue dissenting voices
- continually refused offers and reduced offers in negotiations
- allowed the club to go into administration
- moved club assets away from the GS to prevent a proper admin
- continually missed own deadlines to progress on new stadium

And that's just the non-football stuff. All I see on the other side is an allegation about not sending an email and a refusal to agree to a CVA. And to be honest, when it comes down to it, the only side with an actual duty to make decisions that benefit the club are CCFC and by proxy Sisu.

Just out of interest how is the council lawsuit against Northampton Town going?

I can't see where I have had a go at anybody for not having the same view?

Surely the rent being too high was something the council / ACL did wrong? That is a debate for another thread though isn't it?

Normally would be. But you and others are accusing some of us only looking at what SISU have done wrong.......with proof.

And I am certainly not alone in wanting to have proof before making accusations. The rent was too high so it was used as an instance. Not much in the way of proof from the CCC side is there?

I really don't understand why some are getting het up about this. Even if you don't agree with it, what harm could it do?

Go for it, Rob.

By only printing part of them.

I had an email from John Terry the other day, here's an extract....Ferdinand is a black @?!@.

I left the bit out at the start that said......I definitely didn't say

So you are saying the e mails were edited for dramatic effect - do you have any evidence?

That is the thing, nobody is pro SISU are they? Plenty of Pro Council / ACL but nobody actively pro SISU? Happy to be shown posts where people actually pro SISU or trying to blame others randomly for no reason. (apart from the obvious wind up ones)

People go on about SISU taking people to court, ACL / The Higgs haven't been innocent in taking people to court / threatening court have they?

So it is OK for you to call what you see as one side Anti SISU but the other side is what? Is that Anti SISU as well?

I am Pro whatever is right. I am anti what is wrong.

So you aren't anti SISU? My point being nobody is actively Pro SISU are they? Not like the people who are pro ACL / Council?
Most people are pro CCFC.

According to astute emails are out of context and are not proof, so on that basis a private leaked email from Labovitch to Jan about how the trust should be run should be dismissed.

Honest question, are the full emails leaked? I only saw the bits quoted.

Also, as an aside, how come all the stuff seems to leak out on the Sisu side? We haven't had a single council leak and they're far bigger and more local, you'd expect someone in there to be sympathetic or just Snowden-esque.

Surely Higgs legal team would have complained if Sisu's portrayal of events was that wide of the mark? Or are you allowed to come out with any old bollocks in court and it goes unchallenged?

I haven't read everything word for word from the case so didn't want to say that. Surely their legal team could have blown it out of the water if it had been completely altered?

The email between Labovitch and jan seems to of been leaked considering the telegraph were bcc'd in. We can ignore that one tho as we have no context as we didn't see the replies although you can gather the context by Labovitch talking about jan agreeing with all the points made.

Regards the court documents they are public documents now they have been produced in court so no leaks there

Also, the fact that the points in that email haven't been disputed? The same as the ones in court may not have been, have they? (they may well have and I may have fallen asleep reading before then)

So where have I ever mentioned this email? Another one trying to make something out of nothing I see. Was it a full email you are going on about? We have seen through what they have said face to face though. And I don't even know anyone that could stick up for them the last time. Even CC4L admitted he couldn't make excuses for them. Have you got excuses ready for them?

What email are we talking about now?

Am I the only one totally confused?

2+2=5?

Higgs legal team was there to look after Higgs. They were not there to look after CCC.

As I live in Rugby, I have no vote on the issues here but feel as a fan this is not the way forward. How can Rob think that SISU can be sold the Ricoh, they don't want to BUY it, they want it for nothing!!!

everbody needs to realise they don't do negotiations.

Surely this campaign is going to fall at the first hurdle on that basis. Why should CCC or ACL,a separate business with no connection to our Club, other than being a landlord for them until recently, have to do

anything to make life easier for SISU? SISU have made their decision and must now face the consequences of that, and sink or swim.

Robbie, where have you been for the past week? Didn't you read about the Higgs vs Sisu case? Didn't you hear Higgs agreed to sell their shares and that they even agreed a price with sisu? Didn't you hear that CCC agreed to let sisu buy the Higgs shares and accept sisu as partner of ACL? Didn't you hear about all the meetings, the mails, the txt messages and telephone conversations? Didn't you hear how it all started in September 2011 and ended in January 2013?

I would say that there are no basis to say sisu do not 'negotiate'.
Or that they want the Ricoh (they negotiated for half of ACL).
Or that they want it for free - they did offer to pay out the Mortgage (stood at £19m) and to pay £5.5m for Higgs shares. That is not 'nothing'.

They tried something badly. Otherwise why did it go so wrong for them? And if they were not at fault we would have found out from them. They did try to negotiate the Higgs share down to 2m......not exactly negotiating looking for an end to this is it?

Why do you think they bolded certain parts? It was for dramatic effect.

So when you read the parts not in bold, which I'm sure we all have, are you saying that it gives a different impression?

In what way?

To suggest as some are they have been edited is just pathetic really.

So we can believe that email then because it come from Sisu???

What bloody email that nobody but you has mentioned? Seems as though nobody gives a fuc£ about it. You seem to know more than anyone else on what SISU do.

Maybe what went wrong wasn't between Higgs and sisu but something to do with the third party involved ... you know the one we can't mention until the JR?

And No, they didn't try to negotiate Higgs shares down. That's not how I read the transcripts. To me Higgs tried to do a deal outside the 'package' - maybe because they sensed/knew the third party (we can't mention till after the JR) was starting to head in another direction?

When I read the parts in bold I found it hard, actually impossible, not to read them without the intended emphasis, clearly that's the point of doing it.

You were suggesting that an extract of a mail wouldn't change overall mail, I'm suggesting it could, and I proved it.

It would be perhaps pathetic to suggest they were edited in a way to fabricate them, but as you know I'm not suggesting that. The editing was for emphasis of the evidence they wanted to present, and obviously partly for brevity, as not all the mails would be relevant.

You say there is no proof they have done wrong but bin the same post admit the management company they run overcharged the club for years. Really you can't make some things up.

Great point:thinking about:Until you think back and didn't a member of Sisu say that the rent wasn't a problem? Perhaps you can remember who that was because I can't,whoever it was,was not telling the truth or was he?

The "Can't commernt til after the JR" get out of jail free card works a treat though, been trying it myself.

Call from the girlfriend, "Are you in the pub?"

Me: "Sorry, I can't answer that until after the JR and all the evidence has been presented"

G/F: "Look, are in the bloody pub or not? Was about to put the tea on"

Me: "Sorry, I can't answer that until after the JR and all the evidence has been presented"

G/F: "Bollocks to you then, can get your own tea"

G/F: "Are you having an affair?"

Me: ""Sorry, I can't answer that until after the JR and all the evidence has been presented".

Can be used in any tricky situations that present themselves.

This is quite bizarre, people who post on here actually have girlfriends!! Wow!! I do not believe you :D

Benno, I had a look to see if I could find the Higgs skeleton argument but couldn't even find where to look, I think you said the bits you posted were sent to you, do you know where to find any other documents?

Thanks.
