...minutes here: http://www.ccfc.co.uk/news/article/...s-31-march-coventry-city-110414-1482530.aspx?

However we're not allowed to duplicate any of these minutes on here, so please be ultra cautious if you decide to make any comments on this thread.

Say's who?

Fair use muddy funster.

I can't duplicate the part I'm referring to, but I'd just like to ask what everyone else thinks about that bit, because to me it's quite interesting!!!

How come it's dragging on so much now? At the selection meeting Sandra said that we'd need to be finished by the end of March, now they can put back their next meeting until May?

Some interesting stuff in there if you believe it.

'Quite interesting....?' It's a game changer! What does everybody else think?

Hopefully when SISU wins the JR but the judge refuses to reverse the decision or grant compensation because they contributed to the situation significantly themselves. All this will be over and a deal will be struck

Another 4 years at Northampton then?
46 months to get planning thru, is that a typo or typical, seems excessive. Going by them figure looking at close to 6 years away from a "Home" ground!
North, Nuneaton and Bedworth, South ?

Excellent news that the Ricoh is not a factor in getting planning permission, I assume they are now looking at sites in Coventry rather than the 'Coventry area' :sarcasm:

I don't know why I waste time reading these things. I thought this was supposed to be totally independent. All that seems to have happened at this meeting is Tim and his cronies have spouted off the usual rubbish, what has this meeting achieved?

I'm seriously gobsmacked .46 months ?

I can't understand it . I really can't .

Edit 2 . After the third re read I think the 46 months should read 4-6 months .

Just buy the fucking Ricoh .Make an offer for a third of that ? Go to half in negotiations? . 130 million quid................ 130 million quid........ Hmmmmmmmmm. Wonder where that debt is going to be loaded. ?

I can't understand it . I really can't .

No you really can't. That was the economic impact on the surrounding area, not the cost ;)

i think that was for the infastructure. they can build the stadium you just wont be able to get to it. thats how it read to me anyway.

South Warwick I reckon, it's never really gone away as a suggestion.

Does it mention the attendances they are planning for these figures? We all know how accurate Tim's projections end up!

Also worrying that they are looking at "L1/Championship" (CCFC Forum minutes 14/4/14) and planning for 12k, or similarly that we've not thought about relegation which we're not a million miles away should we lose a few key players and not replace.

Surely it would have been more appropriate to have released this 'news' exactly 10 days ago.:sarcasm:

For the love of god, sisu don't need to own the Ricoh. They need access to revenues and a peppercorn rent.

Or idealy they sod off.

Still don't know why none of the fans groups have taken this up as a request TBH. Seems to suit all sides from a fan perspective, and really that's all we should care about.
