Has it really come to this? (2 Viewers)

Watching tits running around the pitch is the stadium's raison d'etre.

Seriously, this is the sort of high profile booking the football club was getting in the way of.

(Going off topic slightly), but Even the X Factor have chose a shopping centre to use for 'auditions on a smaller stage'. Surely, an 'arena' would have been a better venue? Maybe they priced themselves out of it. Maybe they weren't asked. I don't know, but if it's going on TV, using a shopping centre that has probably one open shop probably isn't going to sell the City very well is it

I doubt it will be on tv, this is probably the early auditions that the producers do before inviting them to the larger filmed auditions with the judges.

The problem it has is access. It's in a dreadful position really.

I've always thought for Coventry people it's a poor location, but everyone else, it's probably well positioned. Most roads link to the M6 (I think, as it's a long road. I may be wrong though)

To be honest, if they brought out parking restrictions in and around HR, it would have been a nightmare.

Anyone remember us losing 3-1 to Everton at HR in the last Prem season? Some middle aged bloke streaked on the pitch wearing nothing more than a bobble hat.

I'm surprised someone hasn't congratulated Simon Gilbert on an award winning piece of investigative journalism.

What are the points being made here? Either its a business selling its product or an outrage. For me its a non story but I can understand why ACL has its knockers.

lmao another own goal for the council lovers.

I think it's even funnier that it seems to be the 'council haters' that seem to be bothered by this. Just seems to be a business getting more work to me. Is it any different to when there was a topless car wash in the car park of the Ricoh?

Quite. I couldn't give a monkey's about what ACL does to make a few bob in the absence of the team. The only thing I'd rather they didn't do is bring in something permanent that stops the team returning. That is at least until that avenue is permanently closed by CCFC building their own stadium (which seems unlikely).
