That's hilarious, hopefully the telegraph won't give him the time of day.

Absolute joke, said at the start it was somebody looking publicity.

To be fair he interviews on radio better than ML (there was no satellite delay for starters) and maybe he is genuine with his intentions but I'm still not buying it.

Cringey stuff.

People are encouraging it by listening to be fair and giving him paper space

Given the Stalemate and likely hood none of the others Involved seem able to get Cov Fans watching their team ,Is the Idea that ridiculous ?

While the guy may lack credibility ,the Principal Idea seems worth venturing from my point of view.

Again It would be better Brokered between Trust/SCG and the club,Instantly healing the Rift ,The Club could potentially still charge Circa £200-

£250 per ST on top Of say £100 per fan of 10K. over the 3-5 yrs a Stadium build would take .

To an extent but as with Get Cov Back to the Ricoh anyone who wants to do this kind of thing really needs to speak to SISU and establish if there is a deal to be done. Lets say this chap raises the £3m and then SISU won't speak to him - it would be a lot of effort and raising peoples hopes for nothing.

Why is £3million the magic number for scams anyway?

Last weeks bunch of chancers were after £3million as well.

A cynical person might say it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that they're one and the same.

£3m - check

Getting others to put the money up - check

Publicised by Cov Tel journo - check

Very odd for me to be In full agreement with SL on the phone In show .

This Is the best current bet to watch Coventry playing In Coventry without the need for the two parties to be directly Involved with each other,

whilst restoring pressure on the FL to revisit Its Stance .

Is there much difference now? Click

Just had a call off the 90's, they want their website back! Amazing people have given it money too!

Shame the Latino section is under construction (Will check back later). Nick, take note on website design. I like the "it feels like my device has crashed look"

So he wants fans to donate £3 million?
We can't even afford a thousand season tickets between ourselves!

Sure he's not a Sisu investor (US based) trying to get his investment back?

Soccer Agent? Reminds me of Leonard Brody!

It was a tongue in cheek comment, not referring to any inaccuracies.

Incidentally - what's the thought process behind the story... Are you not at all sceptical??

There's something factually incorrect in the story?

Yep, this:

what we will offer is a modern social media led and professional manner.

Just seems a bit of a parody.

Interesting that it is now about Fan Ownership as well as paying the rent..

Amazing some of the comments :

I guess this is good free marketing for his investment company

Jesus.

It's an interesting idea, hence the decision to report it.

However, I think the execution leaves a little to be desired if Mr Kelman wants supporters to back him. The website speaks for itself.

I'm not saying people should / should not support Mr Kelman or his idea. That's not really my role.

It's a fairly interesting new development among the tired old lines in this long-running fiasco.

So if I'm reading this correctly, you're saying that you think we should support this idea?!?!

Have you seen the charges - $1 for each $10 plus $1 per transaction.

Shouldn't you warn people?

Fair enough but he's had 3 articles (4 if you include Labovitch's advice for Kelman to speak to the owners). How much would he have had to pay your advertising department for that sort of coverage? Same could be said of Cov Utd, of course.

Bah.

Does it not scream "Scam" like the previous magical number of £3million scam the week before?

If it doesn't Simon, I've got some investments in the South Sea area that you may be intersted in, can't lose, guaranteed huge returns, and no bubbles involved whatsover, definitely not.

The whole thing seems odd. It seems US based, hence paying in $, he won't get any publicity over there for this and everyone who has looked at the site has said it's terrible. It might be free advertising but that's not much use to him if everyone thinks it's a crackpot idea and his website is rubbish!
