The tone of the judges summing up, well as far as you can tell from twitter, and a couple of his other comments seem to indicate he things SISU were wasting everyone's time. Can we read into anything the fact they wanted so many documents. Could that be an indication they don't have what they need and wanted to see as much as possible to try and find some evidence to support their claim. I would have thought if they knew of an issue they could take a more targeted approach and say we want that specific document.

wingy are you a ccfc fan or a council fan?

never seen you this happy when cov 3 up(although that might be because we will lose such a lead more often than not)

Like KOK I'm just trying to make light of something none of us want ,want this over ,and when that judge decides in a months time It should be .

i have my views and trust the Judge In the next event ,whatever they are I will base my final judgement aligned to those ,sorry for winding up but we're all guilty ,even you.;):)

I would love to know the costs of these legal bills just out of interest and if sisu lose badly in JR then costs will be put to them for wasting ccc time I suspect. I wonder how their investors feel about their spending in the uk courtrooms.... May as well put 30k in the premium bonds.

? Who's defending the Council at all costs? They seem to be doing that quite well themselves.

No other supporters in the Football League would be gunning for their own football club like some do on this forum.

Based on this forum, CCFC supporters currently have the kind of club they deserve.

Maybe it isn't there ,maybe they know they can't win ,possibly always have .

'Application to submit Miss Seppala's 110 page statement and 1,000 pages of illustrations dismissed by judge...'

I had to smile at this one:) 110 pages of fairy stories about big bad councillors preventing her getting possession of the Ricoh Castle, with some crayon drawings of ogres, dragons and princesses!

your not winding me up mate, i just asked in case you were one of those council zealots.

either side can win 10-0 as long as it gets ccfc home :p

It seems that this isn't really the main aim of most, it seems to me that they are more interested in the council.

No I don't think this is the case I think fans want the truth and the right decision. The evidence seems to suggest that lies with ccc that's all SB. Not council fans. I believe if the council were mainly at fault and no doubt they have a little blame in this case but if it was clear to see then we all would be council haters for sure.

I think you are confusing the club, which we all support, with a Hedge fund - which currently own the club. I want a solution which is good for the club - which may or may not be good for the current owners. The Club comes first.

Why was todays case CCFC vs CCC when the Judicial Review will be Sisu vs CCC?

And how does the stance of "don't let sisu get the Ricoh for cheap" help the club?

I look forward to reading this statement as to why she wants this arena as well as the one she plans to build in Narnia is she trying to build a collection of them?

Yep if the cost of getting rid of sisu is the end of the club most of the arseholes in here will be celebrating.

Just a question but this case was brought by ARVO, SBS&L and CCFCH. CCFCH is now a shell dormant company to be wound up ........ how is it CCFC QC etc? The football club has not brought this action against CCC, neither CCFC nor Otium are listed as plaintiffs as far as I know

Perhaps that's just simon Gilbert saying it as it's easier to understand on twitter?

If sisu are to be believed Coventry will never have a professional football club again anyway.

Why would anyone support that?

People aren't gunning for their football club at all, they're gunning for SISU. A lot believe like myself that the council winning the JR could see the end of SISU and a return of the club back to the Ricoh eventually.

Up the Council & SISU out

Also, could CCFC have legally passed these documents onto Sisu for the JR?

No one at all would be celebrating if CCFC went . After your secret meeting with Labovich , do you think they will play their last spiteful card if the JR doesn't go their way and liquidate CCFC along with all their debts OR put it up for sale and try to at least get something back .

If say SISU get the Ricoh , which by the way I would like them to as long as there are covenants in place protecting CCFC, how much better do you think it would be for the club or how much would Sisu load it with debt to make a quick buck and fuck off into the sunset laughing their nads off ?

I know, but does the stance of "let them have the Ricoh for a very lowly (compared to previous) rent whilst they negotiate a new deal" help the club? certainly compared to playing at Sixfields. Remind me again who said no to this and therefore hinder the club?

People are missing the key point here.

If I wrote a 110 page statement that was "dismissed" I would be PISSED!!

if they go back on rent with a view to negotiating it will push back our hopes of ccfc owning a ground by years.

ccfc needs to move forward, we cant keep being bitches to rent

I dont agree with that. You base the rent deal on negotiations happening within the year, if not proceed with the new stadium and rent at the Ricoh while that happens. Much better than Sixfields.

I think most people support the team not the regime. Or does that rule only count as a justification for attending suxfields?
