If we had new owners or if SISU had a change of mind set how would you like them to work....

First of all I would like whoever to strike a long term rental deal with ACL to return the club to the Ricoh. This deal should be based on league and attendances.

I would also like them to negotiate 80% of the additional income and come to an agreement with compass of a long term gradual purchase of the remaining 20%.

I would like them to forge really strong ties with the Higgs charity and the Council, prove to them that the decisions you are making are in the best interest of the club as well as your own as owners. Then when you need a bit of support from them in whatever guise it will be there.

I like the bit now where SISU are turning to our academy for the future. However I would also like it to be the case that if come January we are in the top two and Wilson (for example has scored 20 goals) Then we get a great bid for him we say no not until the summer.

We push for the extra revenue from the championship (5 million) over a smaller safer transfer fee. However the model in general would be a conveyor belt of talent that will be sold to fund the club.

I would like a massive push on community projects once back at the Ricoh again heavily involving the council and the Higgs Charity. Mainly centred around kids so we generations of fans.

I would also like in that long term rent deal a gradual purchase of ACL. Year by Year that would coincide with the completion of the buy out of Compass.

I think it is a perfectly sensible idea. We do have to accept though that any owners will be looking to make some money for themselves if possible. But if the club is successful on the pitch it will happen naturally.

I think so you might have a couple of years of steady Eddie whilst the academy starts really producing. The books start to balance and the community start to really get involved However one or two big sales and the owners would have enough to play with to get that success. Then when they are wanting to sell they would be selling a club with a sustainable long term future.

No, I want my club to own the stadium. Worst case scenario, rent deal for a short period with a guaranteed sale to the owners at the end of it. (By this I mean a different owner, not SISU) yeah yeah pigs might fly.

The good thing is, according to the mighty MMM, if SISU did leave tomorrow then we could then blame everything on the new owners and SISU would never get another mention as it is ridiculous to point a "retrospective finger of blame". And SISU would also be "pure history", eh Mart?

I love how this stuff works. It's so simple really.
