The Judicial Review starts 10 June and will be a critical point in the future of CCFC

• sisu have been pursuing the Judicial Review (JR) for over a year now

Very cautious, building a defensive position in case SISU win the JR.

I think myself it will be some sort of bloody draw with no one any further forward (and that is my pessimistic position, I would prefer it if SISU are told they have no case).

Depends what the aim is. Winning or not may be down the scale of priorities for pursuing it.

I just want Coventry back home. Nothing is worse. I don't care who wins as the law and justice looks after itself as for what this means for ccfc we will wait and see.

I just can't see sisu keep playing at Nothampton for no reason if they lose. May as well sell up straight away or accept a dirt cheap rental deal.

I'm sure the JR will bring information out into the open but it seems that the JR is only looking at one narrow area of the whole mess at that is whether the loan broke State Aid rules (am I right? Happy to take back everything, I'm a nice guy I promise just trying to get a better understanding!)

It's not going to resolve the situation and won't magically get us back to the ricoh but some people are underplaying its significance because it will be a really important moment for us - so long as the judge doesn't bottle it of course!

Should've done it from Coventry. Making it personal for the fans was a big misstep. A lot of what they say would play far better if we were in Coventry. Again, it's misunderstanding the amazing mix of apathy and stubbornness that goes into every Coventrian.

Indeed. The sad thing is most fans are probably silently begging to be convinced. I've said before, I'd love to believe we're on the up and everything will be rosy. I've got far more important things than football to get depressed about. I just don't believe, based on he evidence of the last 7 years, that they're particularly competent at running a football club. I wish they'd focus a little more on convincing fans of that, then maybe the other stuff would play a lot better.
