I see sisu are going to use the ccfc web site to do daily updates on the JR, classy.

Perhaps they could put it to use with daily updates on footballing matters like activity in the transfer market.

This is where is gets confusing. Is it Sisu or CCFC that has launched these proceedings?

So say SISU "win", what does that actually prove?

CCC payed ACL's mortgage, and ACL restructured their debt.

Is this illegal?

And, if SISU "win" the JR, how does this help CCFC/SISU? Will they be able to buy the Ricoh on the cheap, or would ACL just restructure the debt using private not public funds, and we are back to square one (as far as CCFC/SISU are concerned)?

Any sensible reply will be much appreciated :)

The question is what do Sisu know? They keep pushing this image of "We are trying to give the fans the truth" the question is there information that they have which is relevant or are they blowing out their own arse?!

Nick Robinson?

Is Paxman on here the Newsnight host?

Infiltrated by BBC politics correspondents.

Damn I was hoping that wouldn't get out!

So....not read 24 pages...what's the craic then? What's the consensus....SISU/CCFC to win or CCC/ACL to win?

WJK

No one knows anything..

No one knows who will benefit or why..

I don't know the odds for the JR..

Hard times my friend

Consensus? This is skybluestalk!

Seems like one view is everything in court will be factual and that’s what will be important, not the judgement. Other view seems to be the judgement is what matters and other info in court will be PR. So take your choice from the following!

CCFC website says transcripts and the key points from the case at the end of each day will be posted on the website and will include the arguments from both the club and the council, will be un-edited in order for fans to get a clear understanding of the facts.

Rob S on here says “This won’t be so much about the decision that Justice Hickinbottom arrives at as the information that gets read into court. Sure, a decision on whether the council acted within state aid regulations will be useful and could have an effect on resolving this dispute but the main event will be hearing what is read into court re: emails & documents between the various parties connected to ACL.

Simon Gilbert on twitter says phrase on ccfc website is interesting because not everything presented in court is "fact".

Jack Griffin on here says: “it is about the judgement & the judgement only, much of the " information that gets read into court." is basically going to be PR. It is simply not the right way to use the courts if the object of the exercise is to push "a message"

MUd Mud Mud and more Mud M'Lud and about as Opaque.

Ah right, we need some really thin watery mud that we can see through. Or no mud at all. A high visibility JR is what we need! The less mud the better.

I'd be very wary about accepting everything said in court as fact.

Evidence is always presented by those with an agenda and often not presented in its entirety or with the relevant context. That's the nature of court hearings.

That's also why there's a judge!
