No, that's fair enough I guess. I take your point. I'm still of the opinion that SISU don't want to talk about the offer, and what Michael's done would be entirely reasonable in normal circumstances. However there's nothing normal about SISU and the way they do business.
Having thought this through, I think I'd just try to shut down all options for escape, and say something like, we'll talk to SISU anytime, anyplace, anywhere (including on the telephone, at least to start with). If SISU say they don't want to talk, then people can decide why for themselves.
I know, so call their bluff Just answer the phone and don't make it easy for them to say "well he didn't even answer his phone and we called him 20 times". Work with them rather than against them. If it all comes out that they refuse to do anything about it then fair play you tried, but you are the bigger person as you went the right way about it and didn't resort to pettiness.
Then don't come on here posting about them or making statements within 3 or 4 minutes as it is hardly helping the situation is it?
