I expect abuse for this suggestion,yes it maybe "pie in the sky", but here goes.
The Football League.
Following the JR decision and the findings of the Judge, the FL must surely agree these are exceptional circumstances and maybe time for them to consider taking the bull by the horns. If another club was formed ie Coventry City Football Club (2014) Limited was formed and financial backing was in place, would the FL consider transfering he Golden Share to the new club and allow it to continue it's membership of the FL ? Before I am jumped on, this happened with Crystal Palace a few seasons ago when the Golden Share was transferred to a newly formed club.. herefore a precedent has been created. As I pointed out, this may be a ridiculous idea, but the FL should now surely accept that CCFC circumastances are exceptional and exceptional actions may be considered.
