As the march is just a day away I thought I'd let more of the football world know about our plight etc.
So as I belong to the biggest football poets site in the country I got the editor to showcase the march and all the nonsense we have had to put up with since the move etc. So if you want to see it go to :
Football Poets.org and Football Poets on facebook He's a Chelsea and Forest Green supporter but he feels so much for our plight he didn't hesitate to get involved when I asked him.

What a good idea -
Thanks for doing your bit!
And nice of them to give support,
When the Football League couldn't really give a shilling about our situation and have abandoned us in the wilderness!!!

There once was a young man called Tim,
who's actions have seen kinda grim
out of court he did fluster
but he says he doesn't bluster
and the outcome, its seems rather dim

"The City of the Blitz, it died of shame
When the citizens fell out over a silly game
Slain by worshippers of profit and loss
And supporters that couldn't really give a toss
(They said they did, they said "play up"
But when the chips were down they didn't show up)
With a stadium they could not fill
Arguing over hands in the till
The citizens of Coventry were in disarray
So allowed their Heart to be stolen away
They could have stopped it, we thought they might
But not enough had the Spirit to fight
So The City died of shame in Twenty Fourteen
Because no one turned up at Gosford Green."

Which is why, if you can, and you can still allow yourself to care, you should March tomorrow.

I would LOVE to hear Dave Nellist or Jon Gaunt read that out over a megaphone to a sobbing crowd tomorrow.

Like your poem, so why not come and join me on football poets and ccfcway too ? Only two City fans on the site but I make sure I write loads of poems on the Sky Blues.
