either way they can still technically appeal whether its an appeal or an appeal against the appeal rejection. however if the leave to appeal is rejected SISu could technically cut there loses and just move on...

which in itself will be a good indication on whether SISU have changes there spots

I think he means the ACL case where ACL lost but Sisu also lost their counter claim.

If their appeal is rejected, you know they will go to the next stage and raise another appeal, which they are entitled to do. However to my untrained eye this would appear to plain stupid and cost all lot more.

Think there was 2 rent hearings, both uncontested by SISU. There was also at least one trip to court prior to the JR as they wanted access to council documents but permission was refused.

If the club are serious about wanting to enter new talks, they'd be better off scrapping any idea of any kind of appeal. It's a clear condition of ACL that for talks to go ahead, this must be dropped.

If they appeal I won't believe they have any serious intention of re-entering talks

The first judge was proved to be right as SISU's argument was shown to be fully wrong. So all the appeal win did was cost our club millions and show SISU for what they are........yet some are still making out as they are doing the right thing now and should be trusted.

Well yes - of course. One is s full hearing, when all facts are heard from both sides and a judge makes a ruling. In both cases a landslide ruling.

Now for the purpose of keeping Covmark and a few others happy, I am not calling you a staunch supporter of Sisu. They were battered the first time round as they were in the second round. You try and use a football match for your argument but let me use a boxing match. The first round Sisu got put firmly on their arse but managed to get up after an 8 count by the ref, in the second round after a combination of punches they are not put down but smashed through the fucking ropes. They manage to finally crawl back into the ring after a 9 count. Any ref worth his salt would wave his arms and say your out. Lets hope sense prevails and ends this fucking nonsense once and for all.
